"What exactly do you want to say?" Morgan asked impatiently.
"What I want to say is... the king doesn't truly intend to negotiate peace; he's here to kill you."
Morgan laughed, "You think just because you call, I'll believe what you say?"
"Whether you believe it or not is up to you. Good luck."
The caller hung up directly.
"Damn it!"
Listening to the blind tone in the phone, Morgan threw the phone on the table with a grim face.
Several subordinates and the assistant looked at him in confusion, not daring to inquire rashly.
"What do you all think?" Morgan spread his hands, "Just now, someone called and said the king isn't here to negotiate but to kill me?"
"How could that be possible? This is our territory; is he insane?"
"Yeah, that's impossible... To me, this might be someone's trap, wanting us to clash with the king so they can profit from it."
"Governor sir, personally, I think it's always right to be more cautious."
