The smile on Evelyn Taylor's face grew a little more compared to just now, obviously relieved by Helen Melendy's comforting words. The guilt that had been lingering in her heart was gradually easing.
Just then, Edward Smith appeared in the backyard, walking towards the cafe.
The cafe was designed like a sunroom, surrounded by transparent glass windows. As the mother and daughter looked up, they saw Edward.
"Big brother's expression doesn't look good."
Helen Melendy stared at Edward for a while before concluding.
Evelyn Taylor nodded, "It seems like he's encountered some kind of problem."
As the mother and daughter were discussing, Edward had already appeared at the door of the cafe, looking at Helen with a complicated expression.
Helen was a bit puzzled by Edward's gaze and asked, "Big brother, why are you looking at me like that?"
