He had always trusted Olivia unconditionally, to the extent that when Olivia asked him for a disabling drug for protection, he didn't question her motives at all.
In his eyes, Olivia might not be very smart, but she is incredibly kind-hearted. How could he ever suspect she'd harm someone?
