Long ago, a single egg formed amidst a vortex of chaos and nothingness. It hatched into a being that would later be known as Arceus. It then created Dialga who controls time, Palkia who controls space, and Girantina who controls the antimatter to help him create the universe . After completing the creation of the universe, they returned to their own dimensions, with Girantina being sent to Distortion World because of its violent nature.
Before going to its own dimension, Arceus creates several pokemon like Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf who later share their traits with all living creatures in the universe. Kyogre and Groudon filled the sea and created the landmass while Rayquaza flies around the ozone layer, protecting the planet from asteroids. Regigigas moved the continents that would form the regions we know today.
Millions of years later, the technology created by humans became more advanced as time went by , catching legendary pokemon was no longer a dream.
The balance between humans and Pokémon is beginning to crumble. The world order is thrown into chaos as legendary Pokémon are captured in Pokéballs one by one, leaving even the Pokémon representing order, Zygarde, helpless.
And thus the world is destroyed.
Afterward , Arceus created the world once again but this time it created clones of itself to keep an eyes of the world.
Millions of years later, once again similar situation began to appear around the worlds.
To prevent further destruction of the world, Arceus created the Guardians system. Their duty is to maintain order in the world and work alongside the Legendary Pokémon residing in their respective regions. Each Guardian represents the region in which they were born on, except for the Sinnoh region, which has no Guardian.
To become a Guardian, they must face trials set by the Legendary Pokémon in their respective regions, each with its own unique set of challenges.
So, can anyone become a Guardian?
The answer is NO.
To be one of them, you need to have one thing that sets you apart from everyone else in the world. A crucial requirement that eliminates nearly 99.99% of people from even having a chance to try and become one of the legendary representatives.
And that's for someone to be from another world.
Beside even if you are from another world , you still need to past the trial to become one. That's why it won't be strange for a region to not having a Guardian for a long time.
A prime example is the Kalos Region, which has been without a guardian for nearly eight hundred years. The reason for their absence is a change in the rules of the trial following an incident involving a previous Kalos Guardian.

Inside the ancient library, I sat at a table muttering to myself, a book resting in my hands.
It's been half a year since I took on the challenge of reading every book in this library and now, I've already finished almost seventy percent of them, at this pace i think i can finish it by the next two month or so.
The book I am currently reading is something like a history book, which was given to me by the glass orb or should I call it the bookkeeper when I told it about my progress. It seemed surprised when I said I've almost finish reading all the book , but then gave me this book after it recovered from the shock. Well, I can easily read and memorize the content of the books even in my past life after all , so it's no surprise for me to finish them faster than predicted.
Back to the book in my hands, I'm honestly surprised the world has been destroyed once before, but these are humans we're talking about. Humans are inherently greedy creatures. The more they have, the greater their desires is. As long as they have weapons, regardless of status, wealth, or power, their hunger will never be satisfied. Especially now that they have creatures called Pokemon, the world will never be at peace.
By the way, about the content inside this book , while there's maybe an information of the world creation outside. It's impossible for humans to know about information like the destruction of the world. So I think the one who write it is a pokemon who know such an information, something like this ball of orb who floating in the center of this library, since it seems to be connected with Arceus. Well, that's all my own conclusion, if I want to be sure I need to ask it.
An the information regarding the Guardian also caught my eyes.
The request from Arceus . It was for me to take the trial to become one of these so-called Guardian it seems.
What a bold request from it , considering what kind of things I did to my own world previously. And now it wanted me to protect this world?
Hahaha....
I couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity of this request.
Arceus... you're so funny... really.
But, since you were the one who allowed me to come to this world, I will gladly fulfill this request. Furthermore, since you even allowed someone like me to become one of the world's protector, I'm curious about what the other Guardian are like. Do they have a history like mine? Perhaps one of them is someone I know.
Thinking about this, I can't wait to meet them later.
In a good mood, Noah continued reading the rest of the book without realizing that something was watching him from afar.

Okay guys, WinterSkys here. I know it's been a while since I last updated my story. There have been a few times I've thought about writing something, but I've been busy with work so there hasn't been much time to write. So regular update might be difficult for a while .
Now that Noah has a clear picture of Arceus' request, what will happen next? Also, who's watching him? What's the identity of that orb that seems to know so much? Stay tuned for the next chapter.
