Wizard Reed's heart grew heavy; he feared he couldn't fulfill the mission given to him by the supreme leader. The adversary he was about to face was simply too powerful!
Normally, when faced with a strong opponent, Wizard Reed could at least judge their strength and weakness through their Spirit Power. A stronger individual would naturally possess more abundant Spirit Power, while a weaker one would have a more tenuous supply. Regardless, whether they were strong or weak, he could always distinctly perceive a certain 'height' or 'thickness' to their Spirit Power.
But this current adversary... he couldn't predict it. He couldn't see the height or thickness of their Spirit Power. It was as if he were standing on a vast grassland, or in the middle of an ocean; the opponent's Spirit Power felt like that grassland or sea—boundless, omnipresent... What kind of strength could cultivate such reserves of Spirit Power!? This is definitely a very, very strong opponent!
