Both Igor and Douglas had a look of astonishment, but Amoon remained calm.
Amoon crouched down, covered his mouth and nose with a handkerchief, and then carefully examined the mummy.
After a while, Amoon stood up, looked at Igor and Douglas, and smiled faintly.
"Don't worry, as long as it's a corpse, I can find the clues. I won't let the threads break here."
Having said that, Amoon began drawing and writing on the ground, and Igor and Douglas saw that the dry soil turned a golden yellow, as though undergoing some kind of transformation.
"This mummy is not naturally air-dried; the moisture in the body disappeared abnormally," Amoon said softly as the soil beneath his feet turned from golden to black and moist, as though water had appeared on the mud.
"Do you know why there are only a few wild grasses growing here? Or why there are hardly any wild beasts around?"
Amoon asked, but Igor and Douglas were clearly not attracted by this question.
