Without a doubt, if there truly was a Divine King ruling that world, upon discovering Zhou Tian, action would be immediate. Although Zhou Tian is unafraid of other Divine Kings, given that the consciousness of that world itself is already troublesome, if it teams up with a Divine King, Zhou Tian would likely not be their opponent unless he severely corrupts that world to a certain standard.
Given the situation then, if a Divine King were truly ruling that world, Zhou Tian's actions would basically amount to failure. After all, in the early stages, his footprints must absolutely remain unnoticed. If the Divine King ruling the world discovers his movements, without having established enough influence in that world, and while fighting on away ground against the consciousness of the Divine Realm and such a large group of Divine Kings, Zhou Tian would not be their opponent.
