Chapter 125 - Chapter 119

664 10/12 0:12 (Autumn, Sunrise, Midrar)

Astral Ichor formed around Luna, a thick mist melding with her Will and becoming one with it, forming an isolated layer around the Lunarian.

And even under the constant waves of Rejection emanated by Sabel's Rebellion, she was still able to force into existence a Domain surrounding only the area immediately around her body, Channeling her Innate Skill Enhancement: Soul into it.

The white-haired one breathed out, feeling the difference in her Soul reflecting upon her Will, causing her Law's presence to more deeply affect the World around her.

She stretched slightly, luxuriating herself in the feeling caused by her Soul being enhanced, even if only temporarily, beyond her current limits.

Luna's breath hitched in surprise feeling her Soul starting to strain under the suddenly increased power filling it before she shook her head, concentrating on observing how exactly her Familiars were being changed because of the Effect of her Domain.

Differently from herself that was composed of a single Soul and so was simply being strained to enhance itself, her Familiars as Entities composed entirely of multiple shreds of Souls joined together instead had some of their differences and flaws smothed out, permanently increasing their Efficiency even if only marginally.

After a brief moment of analysis, she moved on, feeling out the borders of her small Domain, analyzing the degradation it was constantly fighting from Sabel's Aura, Unique Skill and Unique Arma combined.

Observing her Domain's Effect, she was able to measure a 13% multiplicative Boost applied to her Soul, 10% from the Rank of her Enhancement: SoulE while the remaining 3% was instead caused by her Core's fake-Skill, Enhancement: DomainD, activating on the Domain itself.

Carefully making sure that her Domain would be unable to affect her Mates by keeping its borders from completely enveloping any of them, she released a second vaster fog of Astral Ichor, creating a second Domain at once, Channeling her ArcaneArmageddon into it and preparing to Cast the Spell that would be loaded in it, one with a very different purpose from the ones she previously created.

Holy-Attribute Energy ammassed, soon joined by Air-Attribute, Fire-Attribute and Water-Attribute, molding together in a single mass glowing above her joined hands.

The former Attribute dissolved, transforming the other three to create their Composite Attributes and then using the three to manifest a single combined Spell.

Immediately the second Domain was flooded by a golden warm liquid, the four being gently enveloped in the flowing gold that filled them all, rapidly starting to restore their stamina and Energies alike. "This will do." Luna said to herself, marking that not only did her Passive Recovery of Astral Ichor almost double but it also healed her Soul enough to offset the strain of her Soul being forcefully enhanced beyond her natural state.

Luna stood up, her Will exploding in a wave of force that smashed all trees, rocks and even blades of grass flat alike, crushing them all and forming a rough arena for the four, the exact size of her latest Domain. "Well, we are ready, aren't we? Let's make the most of my Domain."

She smiled, her pointed fangs gleaming sharply, causing Mafel to open her arms and jumped backs, her Unique Arma appearing in her hands.

The long staff of grey wood gleamed, Curse-Attribute solidifying around the purple orb and the Elf herself into large disk ready to erupt at a moment's notice, her Oath allowing her to easily, even if only temporarily, reproduce with her Unique Arma and Unique Skill alone what she previously would have needed various Magic- and Processing-based Skills.

Of the three, she was the only one to react in time to her Mate's declaration thanks to her more analytical mind and physical closeness with Luna and so was the one that best was able to deal with the second shockwave, launching herself above it entirely.

Yet if one was to look at the other two, the situation was quite different from the one that someone would expect.

The higher-Ranked one, the Demonic Phoenix who by power alone should be the far superior one, found herself bowled over, the wave of force striking her unprepared form; meanwhile, the Human, the one that should have been taken completely by surprise, had instead impaled her sword in the ground, releasing her own Aura even more intensely to stand on her own two feet against Luna's pressure.

After all between the two of them Sabel was the one with the far sharper survival instincts, as could be expected of someone that could count on powerfull regeneration and an automatic Resurrection dulling her ability to react to sudden changes.

Mafel, being the one least affected by the probing attack as she dodged it entirely, stopped in mid-air, vast wings of solid Curses materializing behind her and beating slowly to keep her in place before creating a large quantity of spikes around her that immediately after fell down towards the Lunarian.

A long blade of air solidified around the smirking Lunarian's left hand before she swung precisely all around herself, the whip grabbing onto the falling spikes and redirecting them entirely towards the rising Phoenix, her own pale body rushing to close the distance with Sabel.

An invisible wind blade clashed against a sword enveloped in Light-Attribute once, twice, thrice and then even more, a constant stream of slashes rendering apart the ground around the two, long fissures being continuously carved in the ground from the force of the collisions.

Sabel's solid light was shredded apart under the wind's continuous grinding while the air itself was repeatedly falling apart and reforming under the ever present Rejection of Rebellion.

And as the bout continued and intensified with the passage of the seconds, the Human's movement started smoothing out, her Aura flowing more precisely and melding more effectively with her Unique Skill's Anti-Skill Effect, condensing the waves to surround just the two of them and in this way vastly enhancing their effectiveness.

Luna, feeling her body gradually weaken under the unraveling of her Skills, merely smiled.

Her blade of wind constantly eroded, falling apart repeatedly only to be reformed once more, the Lunarian carefully feeling how her Will reacted to Rebellion, before she laughed, the sound accompanied by her Will collapsing inwardly and repeatedly layering itself over and over again until the weight of her attention was perfectly overlapping with her smaller Domain, a skin-tight barrier that isolated her.

Her wind blade crashed into Sabel's own yet this time it remained completely unscathed, unaffected by Rebellion's Anti-Skill Effect.

Black eyes widened, the completely solid wind slamming into her weapon repeatedly and sending her flying away, Luna having regained full access to her Skills despite the Unique Skill that filled the air.

"Hahahaha." She laughed even harder, one of her hands covering her face. "I understand now. If I want to go all out despite Rebellion, I just need to manifest my Will with enough density to brush it off."

Among her laugher, the Spiritual Elf flying above immediately felt a rising sense of threat and immediately responded.

Long pillars of Curses manifested around her, aiming directly at her Mate before rushing down at full speed, heavy weights that slammed directly into the still Lunarian.

Amber, having stood back on her feet while Luna and Sabel were having their sword fight, saw the vast cloud of dust hiding the Lunarian and was immediately enveloped in flames, her body burning back into her original form, a wave of heat washing over all of them as her great body started flying high in the sky, golden flames turning her in a second smaller sun.

As the cloud obscuring Luna dissipated, she was revealed completely motionless and unhurt, Mafel's dark purple stakes that would have otherwise struck her, having stopped on their own before they could ever touch the white-haired one, her eyes opened as wide as her smile.

Immediately Sabel retreated even further, instinctively feeling the threat emanating from her to escalate significantly, carefully watching the twenty meters wide pillar of almost solid flames that crashed over the pale one.

As the Human watched, her eyes completely focused, she unified her current Aura-Unique Skill combination with her Light-Attribute to form a denser armor around her body, her sight trying to pierce through the wall of flame around her Mate.

And as the flames dissipated into nothing, the red-eyed one was revealed completely unscathed, having used her Everlasting Ascension to gain Immunity to Fire Damage and creating an armor of Astral Ichor to minimize the Damage, her two Domains dissipating immediately after she was fully healed, their purpose now completed.

Two new ones formed immediately, both of them barely bigger than Luna herself.

The first centered on her Will Manifestation and the second on her Everlasting Ascension, the two Domains perfectly intersecting, her laugher overpowering the chaotic grinding originated from their conflict, transparent flames starting to burn, catching on the two Domains and spreading rapidly to cover them entirely.

Luna's silver blood burst into flames, offering additional fuel for her Creation by Annihilation, creating a True Domain by offering the two False Domains up.

And the Creation was a success.

*Luna Gains the Ability Skill "True Domain: Law of the Cosmos".
