[3rd POV]
After a nights sleep that had been surprisingly pretty relaxing, with nothing much really happening, the family had woken up the next morning, ready to go and have some fun throughout hell. The sleep had only really been possible thanks to two things.
The sound barriers placed around their rooms that blocked out outside sounds like gunshots and explosions. And the fact that the hotel itself was not that close to the rest of the city.
Otherwise they would have been hearing explosions and gun shots all night, since there was pretty much constantly some sort of fighting happening. And some sort of warzone going down. Usually between petty gangs and small, insignificant groups that were pretty much nothing in the grand scheme of things.
Waking up, Lucifer moved around a bit, a low grunt leaving her as she rubbed her eyes. Sleeping in Hell had actually been an interesting experience, as she had felt several entities attempting to see into the dreams of herself and her family.
She suspected that this was because of some of the demons that were capable of looking into the dreams of others, was trying to gain some sort of foothold into the hotel. That or they automatically just tried to connect to every mind they possibly could, even if it was a monumentally stupid idea.
Lucifer didn't really care too much about the demons, but she did cut off the affect and made it so that they would never be able to use that ability on innocents. Nor would they be able to use it to get into the minds of anyone in the Hazbin Hotel.
She decided that that should be more than enough.
She was half tempted to look into the beings and see who they were, but she decided to leave it be. She already knew of the limited demons that had the ability to do something like that, so it wouldn't really make much of a difference. Especially considering she had not felt just one demon trying to look into the minds of everyone in the hotel, but several.
There had been over 5 different demons attempting to reach into their dreams. All of which had been relatively strong.
So it was not hard to guess who was who and which one had done it.
Getting up and to her feet, Lucifer smiled at the sight of her wife snoring softly in her sleep, Daenerys curled up with her. The girl had ended up falling asleep in their bed the previous night, being exhausted. And Lucifer saw no reason to kick her out, as it was not like she had done anything wrong or anything.
It was rather adorable, in all honesty.
Looking over, Lucifer noticed the rest of her family was also snoring, including Hope, who was snuggled up against Rose, their forms close to one another as they smiled silently in their sleep. Vi, Powder, and Bloom were all sleeping on the same bed near one another, while Beatrix was currently snoring as she was spread out comically on her own bed.
Overall it was both an adorable sight, and an amusing one. Lucifer kept silent as she snuck past them all, and headed towards the door back out into the hallway. She wanted to see if they had any sort of breakfast, and if not, she would whip something up for not only her family, but for all the members of the Hazbin Hotel.
She wondered if she should use one of those underworld fruits and vegetables, but she decided to wait until she headed downstairs. From what her senses were telling her, Charlie was currently down there alongside her girlfriend Vaggie.
The two were talking about something. Lucifer had no idea what, as she had not wanted to intrude on a private conversation, so she had limited her senses quite a lot.
It would have been rude to spy.
Shutting the hotel room door behind her, Lucifer began to make her way downstairs. Which was easier said than done for most, as the place was basically a big ass maze due to the sheer amount of rooms spread throughout it.
Thankfully being a god of her level meant that she knew exactly where to go, and how to get down there.
By the time she had reached the bottom, and had noticed that Charlie and Vaggie was still there, meaning she could ask them some of the questions that she had.
Charlie heard her approaching, as she turned with a confused expression on her face.
"Ma'am? What're you doing up so early?" Charlie asked in surprise, not really getting customers that late, if ever. She was just about to succeed too, but it's falling apart now as usual.
"I usually wake up earlier than this, to be honest. That and my kids are asking if you have something like a breakfast menu or anything like that" Lucifer replied to the woman as Vaggie blinked.
"A...breakfast menu?"
"Well yeah, you are a hotel afterall. Most hotels that I know of have some sort of food service built into the actual hotel itself" Lucifer replied, surprised that they were surprised in the first place.
"...Man I did not even think about that to be honest. We definitely need to get some sort of food, don't we? Otherwise everyone is just going to starve!" Charlie exclaimed, realizing she would need to write something up.
"Well I wouldn't say starve, but a majority of them will be pretty hungry and annoyed to be left like that, without any sort of food to eat. It'd be a good thing to have some sort of cafeteria or food service so nobody will complain" Lucifer replied to her, amusement swimming in her eyes.
"That's...actually a good idea" Vaggie muttered, realizing that Lucifer was right about the food. They had an actual bar, but they didn't serve any sort of food. And what type of hotel didn't have at least something to eat? Even if it was snacks, it was better than nothing like they had right now.
"Um...what sort of food do you think we should serve?" Charlie asked, bringing out a notepad from...who knows where. Lucifer ignored it, and began to speak.
"Hmm, well at the very least I'd suggest doing Breakfast and dinner, as they are the two most important meals of the day. For breakfast it doesn't need to be anything crazy. Stuff like bacon, sausage, eggs, toast, hashbrowns, pancakes, waffles. None of which has to be all at the same time. While dinner is more up to you, but stuff like pizza, burgers, pasta, chicken, and steak would be a good idea" Lucifer replied to the girl as she wrote it all down.
"You could also provide desserts if you are willing, but I'd suggest keeping that particular list limited to minor stuff like ice cream" Lucifer added, which Charlie once again wrote down.
"Another great idea!" Charlie said with bright smile, liking the idea. Actually getting all of this stuff set up shouldn't be hard at all, as she was immensely wealthy thanks to being the Princess of Hell, so paying for it all would be easy peasy.
"So uh...you got any other ideas on how we can improve the place?" Vaggie ended up asking, deciding to just be up front and find out.
Hearing her question, Lucifer's smile slowly warped and rose, as she replied simply.
"You should get another pen and paper"
Vaggie and Charlie looked at one another up hearing this, and smiled. All the while, Lucifer had one thought on her mind.
'Let's see if I can't help them out a bit'
