The grand opening of Freddy Fazbear and Friends JR's marked a new beginning for Fazbear Entertainment, a chance to rebuild its tarnished reputation and recapture the magic that had once made it a beloved destination for families. However, the pizzeria was haunted by the ghosts of its past, and the malevolent presence that had plagued the original Freddy Fazbear's Family Diner lingered in the shadows.
The new animatronics, designed to be more cheerful and child-friendly, were soon caught up in a power struggle with their older counterparts, the withered animatronics that had been salvaged from the original pizzeria. The withered animatronics, haunted by the souls of the missing children, were driven by a relentless desire for revenge, while the toy animatronics, programmed for entertainment, struggled to comprehend the darkness that had befallen their brethren.
The tensions between the two groups of animatronics reached a boiling point when one of the toy animatronics, driven by a misguided sense of justice, attempted to destroy the withered animatronics with a powerful taser. This act of violence enraged Fredbear, the former leader of the original band, who had been awakened from his slumber by the conflict.
Fredbear, a wise and compassionate bear, understood the pain that both the withered and toy animatronics were experiencing. He intervened in the conflict, pleading with the toy animatronics to show compassion for their tormented brethren. He reminded them that the withered animatronics were also innocent children, trapped in a state of endless despair.
Goldie, a young female bear who was close to Fredbear, also played a crucial role in resolving the conflict. Her gentle nature and empathy helped to bridge the gap between the two groups of animatronics. With her guidance, the toy and the withered animatronics were finally able to find common ground and work together.
However, their peace was shattered when one of the animatronics, driven by a surge of anger, bit down on the head of the night guard, Jeremy Fitzgerald. This incident, known as the Bite of '87, marked the end of Freddy Fazbear and Friends JR's. The pizzeria was closed down for good, and Fazbear Entertainment was once again forced to confront the consequences of its past mistakes.
Despite the setbacks, Fazbear Entertainment refused to give up on its dream of creating family-friendly entertainment. In 1992, the company reopened Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, a new pizzeria based on the original restaurant.
