After chatting a bit more with Mannis, and asking him to keep an eye on the recent series of unusual movements by The Hidden Worship of Daguan, Murphy returned to reality from his conversation with the Crafty Serpent. Turning his head, he saw Triss describing the destruction of the Golden Era to Dena, leaving the Mermaid Sisters astonished.
However, according to Triss's current storytelling pace, it would take at least two or three hours to recount all those past mishaps.
Murphy did not intervene but instead picked up the biological symbiotic crystal he had placed on the table. He rubbed this item and forwarded its entry information to Mosna via quantum communication, asking:
"Based on your knowledge, Mosna, how do you think I should aptly use this thing?"
"The internal gene control of this biological iterator has been breached, resulting in too many iterations which make it prone to losing control now. Therefore, my advice to you is, it's best not to use it."
