Interactions between people are quite a magical thing.
The more distant they are, the greater the barrier that separates them—a barrier requiring time and shared experiences to gradually smooth out. However, if common hobbies are known before even meeting, then becoming friends is a certainty.
Such is the case with Prince Ivellios Amastacia of the Sea Elves and Murphy.
Although Murphy himself is not an angler, the Elf Prince before him is.
Moreover, Murphy's previous interactions with the small players who are anglers at Charldo Harbor have given him a good impression of the Transia People. It's well known that Murphy considers these players an extension of his own will, always liking to classify himself and players as a single camp.
Therefore, being familiar with the players means Murphy has a high acceptance of him. The saying that a friend's friend is one's own friend, though often illogical, can become a kind of "unspoken rule" in social occasions.
