Inside the South District Second Grade Academy in River City, Wang Linchi was queuing to participate in the monthly exam.
The First Grade Academy is the Martial Arts University, while the Second Grade Academy is something akin to a high school.
The monthly exam was divided into two parts: the Qi and Blood Value and the Combat Test. However, the latter was more like playing house.
Wang Linchi's Qi and Blood Value wasn't bad, ranking 113th in the entire grade. This basically meant he had no chance of participating in the martial arts exams and would only be chosen for diversion.
Currently, the top ten students already had a Qi and Blood Value of 100. However, because the Cultivation Technique they were using to temper their Qi and Blood was not Bodybuilding Technique, they still hadn't formed an Air Vortex. Three months should have been more than enough time for them to do so, unless they were truly incapable.
