"Interesting…" he muttered as he read the mission again.
"Before, our missions were only zombie‑related. Now vampires are showing up on the listings."
He leaned closer, scanning the details of the Brood Nest Purge.
The mention of Brood Crawler Vampires was unusual.
Vampires rarely nested in sewers… they preferred ruins, castles, or places of power. This was something different, something quite pitiful.
'I guess they're being push back, huh…'
Shane's fingers brushed the edge of the parchment, and he turned to check the rest of the board.
