Escanor showed Quincy a room, then quickly ran away, hiding his flustered face and reddish ears.
He had been so surprised when the Princess returned and gave him a hug saying she missed him, it felt like a dream and also made him worry what had happened to her during that week at High Moon Kingdom.
Then, she took his hand and placed the hand of a smaller white haired girl, who looked like an angel, on his hand.
He didn't know what to say and thought it was another student, like Bebe, that he needed to train.
However, the Princess had said in a cheery voice that they should get along and spend time together, making him think it was a romantic partner.
He'd have done everything to refuse the girl but things got worse when the Alpha of Black Claws met them like that.
The look on the Alpha's face showed he assumed he barged in on something important but Escanor didn't want to be married to a random white haired girl.
