Rannor wanted to answer, but before he could, a black silhouette appeared in front of him.
"You're slow, Rannor."
Rannor froze. He immediately knelt in midair and lowered his head toward Olivia.
"I'm sorry, Master. The queen is strong."
"Excuses," Olivia said. "I didn't ask you to beat her."
The Soul Insect Queen's eyes narrowed the moment she saw Olivia.
Dread overwhelm here.
With her sharp soul sense, she understood what Olivia was.
This was not someone she could bargain with. Fighting Olivia meant death. Even escaping would be death.
Without hesitation she made her decision.
The Soul Insect Queen's body bulged.
Her centipede segments tensed as she prepared to self-destruct and transfer her soul to another princess body on another planet.
Olivia's aura spread out.
The space around the Soul Insect Queen locked.
The queen's body stopped.
Not only her movement. Even her blood felt like it stopped flowing.
