New Year's Attendance, Please...
Morning…
After our date together, Shizuku and I finally returned to Erisen.
[One down, three more to go.] Rihito sighed to himself as he considered the upcoming plans for the other dates.
But before that, Rihito glanced at Shizuku, who was holding onto his arm. After their night together, she seemed more clingy and attached. To put it simply, the slight hesitation she had before was gone. It was as if she had matured from a girl into a woman.
Guess sex does that.
[Cute.]
It was not as if he were complaining about this.
"Shizu," I called out.
"Hmm…"
"I have something for you," I said and pulled out a pink pocket-sized teddy bear.
"This is for you."
I handed her the pink plushie.
"..."
Shizuku, visibly confused by the tiny plushie, paused and stared at it in silence.
I watched as she processed the gift and thought of words to respond.
"Pfft… hahahaha…" I couldn't help but laugh out loud, seeing her baffled, confused look.
I then picked up the plushie and used Creation magic to resize it to four feet.
"Here…" I resized it to a large plushie for her.

Shizuku gave Rihito an unimpressed look. With an exasperated smile, she took the plushie; although she wanted to be angry, she didn't.
It has been a while since she has seen him this relaxed and joking around. Ever since they arrived in this world, he has become tense, guarded, and wary of everything around him. He used to always be on high alert, as if someone might start attacking at any moment. He subtly scrutinised everyone except for a few individuals. The change in his behaviour has been so gradual that even his best friend, Hajime, hasn't noticed it. If someone did, they might think it's due to the sudden transmigration to this world, which should have been natural.
She wanted to help but didn't have the time; she was busy taking care of some panicking classmates and ensuring Kuoki wasn't causing trouble.
Now seeing him return to normal in this way, Shizuku felt a sense of relief.
Shizuku tiptoed and kissed him on his cheek.

Seeing her walking ahead, Rihito smiled. "Guess she likes the gift."
"We are back," Shizuku said as she entered the house. Following her, I stepped inside and saw Tohru standing and waiting.
"Master, you are back."
"We are back," I said as I entered inside.
After greeting Rihito, Tohru narrowed her eyes at Shizuku.
She could smell it; Rihito's scent was all over her and vice versa.

She didn't need to think too hard to understand what they did.
Tohru felt a strange sense of urgency; first, it was Shea, and now it was Shizuku. She was falling behind; she had to make her move soon.
Just as I was leaning into the sofa, I heard a little pitter-patter noise of someone running.
"Papaaa~"
Myu, seeing me back, dived straight into my stomach.
"Myu," I took her in my arms.
"Were you a good girl?"
"Yes, I was good. I helped Mama make food." Myu explained how good she was, fishing for praise.
"Really, such a good girl." I patted her head.
"Hehehe…" she happily giggled.
"Here, I have a present for you." I pulled out a yellow plushie about six feet long. It was somewhat similar to the one I gave Shizuku but was large and aqua blue in colour.
And of course, a sharp gaze was boring at the back of my head. I just ignored it.
"Wow… a bear." She jumped from my lap.
"It's so big and fluffy."
Myu received a new gift and was very happy. She immediately started to play with it.
Myu then suddenly paused and ran in front of me.
"Papa."
"Hmm…" I looked at Myu.
With a smile, she gestured with her hand to get closer. So I did so.
I crouched in front of her.
Seeing me down, Myu immediately took the chance and pecked my cheeks and hugged me.
"Papa, I love you."
With that, she went back to playing with the big plushie.
I stood there, completely frozen in a crouching posture, a blissful smile on my face.
I felt a strange fluttering feeling all over my body.
"What is this feeling? Is this what heaven must feel like?" I muttered.
Shizuku and Tohru watched with a helpless gaze.
"..."
"..."
Right then, Shea and Remia walked in.
"Rihito, I am ready for our date," Shea excitedly announced, only to see a large blue plushie Myu was playing with and a frozen, crouching Rihito.
Remia, totally confused, asked, "What happened?"
"Well," Shizuku and Tohru looked at each other and started explaining.

"I see, Fufufu…" Remia giggled. While Shea nodded in understanding.
"That girl totally has him wrapped around her finger, doesn't she?" Remia sighed.
"Enough standing around; breakfast is ready. Myu, get your papa. We are going to eat."
"Unn, ok, Mama."

After about two hours of family time with Myu and others, it was time for the second date.
Before that, there is a great hurdle to pass.
"Papa… I want to go with you, too."
Myu gazed at Rihito with puppy dog eyes. After living with him, she noticed that this expression usually made Rihito agree to her requests.
But… not this time.
"I am sorry, Myu. I can't." Rihito looked at her with a troubling expression.
Myu, hearing that, became sad; her head was down.
"Come on, don't be sad." I crouched and ruffled her hair.
"Myu, I have promised that I will spend some alone time with your big sister, so I can't take you with me this time."
Even hearing this, Myu was still sad; she was a little child, so Rihito expected that.
Remia, seeing Myu acting a little spoiled, scooped her up and started to coax her.
"Myu, if you stay a good girl, I have some other special things for you."
Myu looked at me and nodded, "Un…"
With that, the date with Shea began.
We headed to the dock.
"Rihito, where are we going?" Shea asked.
I pulled out 'Vela' from my item box and placed it on the sea.
Splash!
"I have a promise to keep." He looked at Shea.
Shea was confused for a second, but then she remembered…
"Ahh! You remember."
"I promised to show you an aquarium, didn't I? Although while we were heading to Erisen, you had already experienced it; this time it will just be us."
We then boarded the 'Vela' as it submerged into the sea.
I drove towards the depths of the sea as many colourful fish became visible.
"Wow, Rihito, look, this is beautiful," Shea exclaimed.
Seeing her enjoying herself, he took Vela deeper near the seabed, which was filled with coral reefs and surrounded by colourful fish.
Rihito set the Vela to autopilot and joined Shea, appreciating the captivating view.
"So, how's the view?" I asked while we cuddled.
"Hmm… It's beautiful."
After Shea had enjoyed enough of the view, I decided to head to the next planned place.
"Rihito? Where are we heading now?" Shea asked, curious about the next spot.
"Let's continue our date in Fuhren."
"Fuhren? Oh, that place. I remember the last time we had to save Myu, abruptly ending our date," she sighed.
"Not this time."
I pulled Shea closer by her waist, teleported us to the surface, stored Vela back in the item box, and then teleported above Fuhren.
"And we are back…"
We levitated down near the middle of a bustling area, but a strange thing was that no one noticed us.
Shea looked around and then looked at Rihito.
"Did you hide us?" she asked, seeing that none of the pedestrians reacted to a couple falling from the sky.
I nodded. "I concealed our presence. We don't want the guild to find us here, do we? For them, we are still supposed to be on our way, travelling to Erisen."
I grabbed Shea's hand, linking our fingers, and pulled her towards the city, exploring what remained of the town.
"This time, no obstacle will get in the way," I declared.
Shea, hearing that, agreed with a bright smile, "Yess~"
Hours later…
After exploring the city, we stopped at one of the restaurants to eat.
"Mmmhh… so good," Shea said as she ate voraciously.
I hummed in slight agreement.
Still, compared to food from our world, this world has a long way to go.
Rihito watches her eat and recalls Shizuku discussing the food from their world, deep in thought. [I should cook some dishes from my world. I should also look around for the ingredients.]
"Rihito," Shea called out in a fidgety voice.
"What is it?"
"Umm… Can you tell me about yourself…?"
"Hmm?" I blinked in confusion.
"You see, I just realised after leaving with you this long that I still don't know much about you."
Her gaze intensified. "I want to know everything about you. I want to know all of you." She declared.
[Know all of me… huh? That's not possible. There are some secrets I'm not willing to share. It's better for them to remain hidden. But for other things, it should be fine, right?]
"What do you want to know?"
With that, Shea barraged me with a ton of questions… like, what is it like in my world? Who are my parents? How do I live in a world without magic? And many more.
The rest of the date ended with me answering her questions, and well, she wanted to spend the night alone.
So we stayed in the same hotel as the last time, right under the guild's nose.
(A/N: I am not writing smut this time; everyone gets one chapter of smut, you can imagine the rest of the time... or if I get 500 power stones, maybe.)
