At this point, the consciousness of the dimension had made its stance clear: take the newly ascended dimensional lord and leave, and it would accept Robert's earlier claims while placing the blame squarely on Hell.
If Robert refused or returned later, it would be obvious that his words had been lies. Though the dimension couldn't do anything to Robert directly, exposing his deception would certainly draw Hell's attention.
Hell was a realm teeming with powerful entities, and redirecting their ire toward Robert could alleviate pressure on other dimensions.
"A fresh promotion, huh? You dimension consciousnesses sure have it easy when it comes to creating powerful beings," Robert chuckled as he examined the confused new dimensional lord before him.
He couldn't help but admire this dimension's decisiveness. Unlike the Evil Dimension, which had crumbled under its own indecision, this consciousness acted swiftly. It had willingly risked exposing its rules and energy to outsiders by offering up the new lord.
Perhaps the consciousness had prepared safeguards to ensure its secrets wouldn't be fully uncovered. Or perhaps it had simply calculated that this was the lesser of two evils.
But such details were irrelevant to Robert. He wasn't lying—the dimensional lords were indeed meant for Hell's experiments. Whatever schemes this consciousness had embedded in its creation, they wouldn't affect him.
"Alright, let's go. On to the next dimension."
Without waiting for further reaction, Robert seized the new dimensional lord and disappeared, leaving the current dimension behind.
Even after Robert's departure, the dimension's consciousness and lords remained on high alert.
Though he seemed to be gone, they couldn't shake the fear that he might return, or worse, that he was still lurking in their midst. Robert's ability to teleport with precision and speed made it easy for him to stage further chaos at any time.
For now, the dimension's defenses remained vigilant, scanning for signs of his presence.
Elsewhere, a new voice suddenly echoed across the dimensional void: "Saiyan?! What are you doing here?"
"Isn't it obvious?" Robert's reply was quick. "I explained this in the last dimension. So, are you going to follow the Evil Dimension into oblivion, or will you cooperate and hand over a dimensional lord?"
"Why us?!"
The response came from the consciousness of the new dimension, its tone dripping with authority. The sheer weight of its voice indicated a stronger presence than the previous dimensions Robert had visited.
"Oh? To be honest, it was a random choice," Robert admitted casually, as the oppressive energy of the dimension pressed against him. "But judging by your power, you seem much stronger than the Evil Dimension. Maybe you can give me a proper fight!"
As Robert's aura surged, the dimensional lord he was carrying fainted under the combined weight of his energy and the dimension's oppressive force.
Noticing this, Robert shielded the unconscious lord with a layer of energy. "Can't have you dying before I deliver you," he muttered, smirking.
Robert transformed into Super Saiyan, his golden aura blazing as he prepared to challenge the dimension.
Faced with this overwhelming display, the dimension fell silent. Its inhabitants—both the consciousness and its lords—hesitated. They understood the stakes: regardless of the battle's outcome, they would suffer immense losses.
Robert's power could obliterate them, but even their own consciousness could reclaim their lives to prevent greater damage.
Finally, the dimension's consciousness acted. A surge of energy rippled through the space, and a lesser demonic entity suddenly ascended to the rank of a dimensional lord.
The newly ascended lord, initially thrilled by the surge of power, froze upon seeing Robert. The aura of the Saiyan made it painfully clear that this promotion wasn't a blessing, but a sentence.
Before the new lord could react, their body was teleported to Robert.
"Here is your dimensional lord," the consciousness spoke, its tone firm yet laced with restrained hostility.
"Not bad. Your dimension is certainly interesting. I'll remember this and visit again."
Robert reverted to his base form, smirking at the implied challenge in the consciousness's words. With a firm grip on the new lord, he disappeared once more.
Though the dimension had avoided destruction for now, its consciousness felt uneasy. It knew that Robert wasn't one to let such a promising target go forever.
Robert had other priorities, however. The dimensional lords were destined for Hell, and he had no intention of letting this conflict resolve quietly. By announcing Hell's involvement to the other dimensions, Robert had planted the seeds of distrust and chaos.
"You're back?"
At Kamar-Taj, Constantine eyed Robert's return with a mix of relief and confusion. The two captured lords dangling from his grasp were anything but impressive.
Despite Robert's immense strength, it had taken him an unusually long time to retrieve these weaklings. Constantine couldn't help but wonder what had delayed him.
"So, that makes ten," Robert said, addressing the group. "Shall we head to Hell next?"
"Robert, if you go directly, Mephisto will surely be on guard. Let me handle this," the Ancient One interjected as she materialized before them.
"I've already prepared measures on these dimensional lords. If Mephisto notices something, I can counter his response. But if you appear, he might become too cautious, exposing our plans."
"I doubt we can avoid his suspicion," Robert replied, shrugging. "After all, I didn't exactly keep things quiet."
His words caused the room to fall silent. The Kamar-Taj disciples exchanged uncertain glances, trying to understand what he meant.
The Ancient One approached the unconscious lords, her magic probing them for hidden dangers or tricks. After a thorough examination, she looked up, puzzled.
"I found nothing unusual. Their ascension is unstable, but they seem like typical rushed promotions."
"That's because they are," Robert explained. "I tested some dimensions, destroyed one, and coerced these two into handing over their new lords."
He grinned. "I also spread the word that Hell was collecting dimensional lords for experiments, without naming Mephisto specifically. Once this stirs enough chaos, the entire dimensional void will know."
The room fell silent again.
Constantine finally understood why Robert had taken so long. Capturing the lords hadn't been his primary goal—he'd been testing dimensions and sowing discord all along.
Even the Ancient One looked taken aback. To her, destroying a dimension was an unimaginable act of waste. While she had claimed weaker dimensions as energy sources, she had never considered outright annihilation.
Now, as she studied Robert, her gaze carried a hint of disbelief, as though watching someone frivolously burn a fortune.
