Cold water was poured onto Tian Xia's body.
It jolted her awake.
Slowly opening her eyes, she realized she was in a dark stone room without any windows, leaving her clueless about the situation outside or the time.
The dim light from a bulb illuminated her face.
Her hands were tied behind her back as she struggled to get up.
A masked terrorist approached her and kicked her.
Tian Xia fell to the ground, then looked at the person before her.
The person squatted down and grabbed her jaw, asking, "Tell me, where are the babies hidden?"
Tian Xia was dizzy from the beating, and her neck throbbed with pain.
Upon hearing this, she immediately replied, "I don't know."
The person grabbed her collar, "Will you talk or not?"
"No!"
"Alright!"
The person's tall figure lifted her frail body and dragged her to a water vat nearby… Tian Xia saw the vat and was startled.
Before she could figure out what the person intended, he grabbed her head and plunged it into the vat!!!
