"Wyatt Perry, I really misjudged you. You'll definitely regret this!" Vindy Sladder stormed off in a fury, her sleeves billowing.
Her high-heeled shoes clattered on the marble floor, as if she put all her strength into each step, determined to break the heels.
She slammed the door as she left, venting her anger.
With a loud "bang," Claudia Ross involuntarily flinched.
Vindy Sladder really had a death wish, running up to Wyatt Perry's head and causing a scene.
Claudia Ross waited until Vindy Sladder had walked away before slowly emerging from the lounge.
"Did she wake you?" Wyatt Perry rose to meet her, wrapping her in his arms.
"No, I wasn't asleep anyway." Claudia Ross pouted, unhappy. "Vindy Sladder is so annoying. She thinks everyone's like her, shamelessly sucking up to the Castelos. We don't care, no matter how powerful the Castelos are. They still have to play by our rules in Amercia!"
