—(Future Timeline: Omni King's Palace)—
(3rd Person Pov)
The Grand Minister watches the Saiyan of Universe 7 from an alternate timeline with curiosity. What made him so bold as to return to this timeline after already being told doing so was a major crime, and more importantly, how did he manage to reach the Grand Zeno's palace without the aide of this timelines Supreme Kaioshin or even his son Whis.
"This young mortal is surprisingly carefree."
The Grand Minister noted seeing Goku excitedly looking around the palace interior as he guided him to see Zeno. The Saiyan had said he would explain everything in front of Zeno, and the Grand Minister saw no issue indulging his request.
"Excuse me. Lord Grand Minister, it was so cool seeing you fight against Jin Mori! He was super strong, yet you defeated him so easily!"
Goku spoke like a child excited to get a piece of candy. The Grand Minister hummed at Goku's words as he replied.
"I thank you for your words. You are also very strong for a mortal. I dare say, as you are now, both yourself and Vegeta are on the path to be able to hold your own against some of the more weaker Destroyers of the other Universes."
Goku looked impressed as he questioned.
"And how do the other God's Of Destruction compared to Jin Mori?"
The Grand Minister's lips curved upward slightly in amusement as he answered.
"I dare say, throughout the Eon's I've watched a great many Destroyers with incredible talent, potential, and adaptability. But, not a single one of them could hope to ever compare to Mori Jin. That Saiyan is an anomaly I don't think I will ever have the pleasure of witnessing appear even in the next hundreds of eons."
Goku's eyes shined with excitement before the Grand Minister spoke.
"We have arrived before Grand Zeno."
The Omni King, Grand Zeno is very short and small, with a rather large oval-shaped head. He primarily has sky blue skin, except for two sections from his ears to the middle of each eye on both sides of his head, which are purple. He has small round eyes, and small rounded grey "ears". His attire is a magenta and yellow lined coat, with yellow pants and magenta shoes. He wears a black and white shirt underneath, with the kanji for "all" (全) on the front.
The Omni King tilted his oval shaped head as he questioned.
"Grand Minister, who is this person?"
The Grand Minister remained calm as he explained.
"This mortal is a Saiyan originating from Universe 7. He comes from a different timeline to request an audience with you."
Goku raised his hand.
"Hi there! I'm Goku!"
The Omni Kings guards looked down upon Goku with indifference. But one could see the frown like expressions shown by their eyes at the fact that a mortal from another timeline broke the divine law just for a meeting with the Omni King. Zeno looked confused as he questioned.
"A different timeline? So he has broken one of the divine laws?"
The Grand Minister nodded his head calmly.
"That is correct milord. However, I ask you at least give the mortal a chance to speak before you decide to erase him or not."
Zeno nodded his head.
"Ok."
The Grand Minister turned to Goku.
"Alright Goku, could you please explain why you came back to this timeline?"
Goku nodded his head as he turned to the Omni King.
"I'm here to see if you have any interest in making a new friend!"
Goku's words stunned everyone present as the Omni King tilted his oval head once more, curios as he questioned.
"What do you mean by making a new friend?"
Goku gave a bright smile as he answered.
"Exactly what it sounds like. I came to this future timeline because I promised my timelines Zenny that I would get him a friend he can play with. And so I was thinking who would best be his friend since everyone seems so terrified of him, and upon coming to this timeline, I realised that surely there must be another Zenny I could invite as my timelines Zenny's friend!"
The Omni King's guards looked mortified by Goku's casual words, while the Grand Minister let out a soft amused chuckle.
"Oh my, how unexpected."
The Omni King looked intrigued as he floated off his throne to Goku and questioned.
"Wow. Wow. You really are my friend in a different timeline?"
Goku gave a bright smile.
"You bet! And if your anything like my timelines Zenny, I know you're definitely someone fun to be with. Hehehe."
Goku fished his gi's pocket before pulling out a device with a button on both sides as he continued.
"As proof of our friendship, my timelines Zeno gave me this that will allow me to either teleport straight to your palace, or to summon you directly to wherever I am."
Goku explained as the Grand Minister looked intrigued.
'Hoh? There's no doubt about it now, this mortal Saiyan is telling the truth. How interesting. I never expected something like this could ever happen considering how feared Grand Zeno is among anyone who knows or learns who he is I never could have expected a Mortal of all beings to have successfully befriended Grand Zeno.'
Zeno looked excited as he spoke to himself.
"We're friends? Friends…. That sounds like so much fun! Tell me Goku, tell me, what do you do with the other me as friends?"
Goku gave a cheeky smile as he spoke.
"Oh! There's this handshake thing that I usually do for Zenny. All you have to do is just stick your hand out."
"Ok."
Zeno did as instructed, sticking out his right hand as Goku's large calloused palm grabbed Zeno's outstretched hand as he shook Zeno's weightless form up and down earning panicked and terrified looks from the guards, and a look of amusement from the Grand Minister. Meanwhile Zeno was having the time of his life laughing like a child experiencing something fun and new. And when Goku stopped, Zeno questioned.
"Hehehehe. That was so fun! Are there other things you do with me?"
Goku grinned as he answered.
"You bet! For this, I need you to stretch out your other arm as well."
Zeno complied as Goku grabbed his second arm and begin spinning in place causing the guards to look like they are on the verge of a heart attack and a mental breakdown.
"Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeddddd!"
The Omni King laughed in excitement at being spun around by Goku before Goku stopped and put the Omni King down. The Omni Kinv looked satisfied as he headed back to his throne and took his seat and spoke.
"You're a really fun person Goku, I can see why the other me is your friend."
Zeno turned to the Grand Priest as he spoke.
"Grand Minister, I want to go to Goku's timeline to meet and become friends with myself."
The Grand Priest hummed in acknowledgment of Zeno's request as he answered.
"Hrrm. Your request might be a bit difficult to accomplish, seeing as you are still the King Of All for this timelines multiverse. However, there could be a way to make what you wish to happen. Seeing as there are still about two remaining God's of destruction in the entirety of the 12 Universes, I shall summon them and see if they could make some time to come and suggest a way to fulfill your wishes milord."
The Grand Minister raised his palm as a sceptre manifested into his palm as he spoke into the orb floating above the sceptre.
"Attention to the angelic mentor for Universe 7 and Universe 11. Please inform your Destroyers that the Omni King requests their presence in his palace as soon as possible."

[Universe 7]
(Planet Beerus: 3rd Person Pov)
Whis the ever dutiful angelic mentor and attendant to the God Of Destruction of universe 7 was busy rebuilding the destroyed palace after Jin Mori's little sparring match against the time patrollers, members who aid the Supreme Kai of time in fixing timelines, and ensuring that history follows as it was intended.
Whis took his time rebuilding the destroyed palace, since he could do it simply with a little tap of his staff on the ground, but where's the fun in that? He wants to enjoy a little peace and tranquility for himself while both the Destroyer and the acting Supreme Kai were busy training. He had sent Android 18 to continue walking around the planet with those weights, and later he will start teaching her how to begin adapting into using God Ki. However…. His peace was short lived as his staff glowed.
"Hrrm? Father?"
Whis saw the message his father, the Grand Minister had just sent, and his entire person froze. The first thing he thought of was that Goku had done something to greatly offend the Omni King, and Mori was being summoned to take punishment for failing to prevent Goku from returning to this timeline.
However, the fact that he also called for Universe 11's God Of Destruction meant that it was something else, and so Whis didn't hesitate, he tapped his sceptre on the ground once and the entire palace looked good as new. Whis then disappeared heading straight to Mori.

[Universe 11]
(Planet Belmod: 3rd Person Pov)
The Angel attendant of the God Of Destruction for Universe 11 walked through the relatively silent hallways of the luxurious palace. She was a tall female angel, she greatly resembles her sister Vados but she kept her hair as twin pigtails with a small bang on each side of her forehead.
She wears the standard angel attire, an indigo robe, a black cuirass with the same orange and white decorations as Belmod, and a red sash. Like other angels she wields a scepter with a floating gem on it.
She watched her sceptre glow with the message from the Grand Minister as she hummed in interest.
"Universe 7? Did that Kaioshin fail to kill Lord Beerus by assassinating the Supreme Kai? Well, regardless, I'm certainly more curious what's so important a request from Lord Zeno, that Father would summon the Destroyers? Did Lord Beerus offend the Omni King again and he's decided to erase both remaining destroyers?"
Marcarita stepped into the training room watching as the current God Of Destruction was sparring against one of the members of the Pride Troopers. The Destroyer was a tall and burly alien humanoid. He has tan colored skin, yellow eyes with dark lines under them, large pointy ears and a large white mustache that covers his mouth. He also sports two perpetually prominent veins on his head.
While sporting a well-muscled frame apart from his portly midsection, his overall body-type is noticeably disproportionate: he has comparatively short and skinny legs while his arms very long with massive hands that are bigger than his entire head.
He sports the common attire of the God's of Destruction, Golden Armbands around his wrists and neck, in comparison to the Pride Tropper he was sparring against who couldn't be anymore different.
The God Of Destruction's sparring partner was a tall humanoid with an extremely muscular and well-defined build. He has a large, sleek head similar in shape to the folkloric aliens known as the Greys.
His legs are rather short compared to his upper body, which is probably a race trait. He has gray skin, big round black eyes with enlarged pupils and dark grey sclera, flat round ears, and a barely visible flat nose.
This individual wears the uniform of the Pride Troopers, consisting of a red, spandex suit with black sections around the collar and legs, white gloves, and white boots. Marcarita watched them sparring before she spoke.
"Lord Top, Lord Jiren. I will have to request you pause your training session. The Omni King has requested the presence of the God Of Destruction."
Marcarita's words brought pause to the two fighters. The God of destruction Top turned to face her and nodded his head solemnly.
"I understand. Thank you for telling me Margarita, I'll go freshen myself up and we can leave."
The Destroyer walked past Margarita heading to a different part of the palace as her eyes followed him as she shook her head.
"Poor Lord Top. Even after Lord Balmond's death, he still carry's such guilt and burden for failing to protect the Universes Destroyer. Well, he did rise to the position of God Of Destruction rather quickly to stabilise the affairs of the Universe, and it's only been about two years since he's taken over. But what do you think Lord Jiren? You seem to have handled Lord Balmonds death and taking over the role of the captain of the Pride troopers much more easily than Lord Top has taken to being a Destroyer."
Jiren said nothing as he walked past Marcarita and left the palace. Marcarita hummed watching Jiren vanish.
"He was already stronger than Lord Balmond before his death. After his death, I dare say Jiren has already surpassed almost all of the other destroyers. Maybe with the exception of a couple of deceased destroyers. But soon, in the near future, he undoubtedly will surpass all the late God's of Destruction. A shame he's still so obsessed with revenge, he would have made a perfect Destroyer."

{Palace Of The Omni King}
(3rd Person PoV)
Two Pillars of light descended into the realm of the King Of All Grand Zeno, and when the pillars of light dissipated, six individuals stood across from each other. The God Of Destruction, The Supreme Kai, and the Angelic Mentor of Universe 11. As well as the God Of Destruction, the Acting Supreme Kai, and the Angelic Mentor of Universe 7.
The Angel mentor stared at Mori with surprise and unhidden curiosity. But she was especially curious of Android 18.
"Oh my. So it seems like Lord Beerus too had fell at the hands of that Supreme Kai. Nice to meet you new Destroyer of Universe 7, I am Marcarita, the Angel attendant of Universe 11."
Mori nodded respectfully, placing a hand on his chest he bowed lightly, before straightening himself up.
"Nice to meet you too Miss Marcarita. I am Mori Jin. The blonde woman behind me is the acting Supreme Kai of Universe 7."
Mori's words earned shocked looks from the envoy of Universe 11. Marcarita even turned to Whis not believing what her ears have just heard, the fact that a Destroyer of an entirely different Universe bowed respectfully to her going over her head over the shock Mori's words brought her. But Whis nodded confirming Mori's words.
"But she is a mortal! Not even a strong one at that. All Supreme Kai's have always been members of the Core race."
The Supreme Kai of Universe 11 spoke incredulously. Mori nodded in understanding as he calmly explained.
"Unfortunately, the former Supreme Kai was killed, and all other Core people or any who possessed the eligibility to take the position of Supreme Kai are also dead. Having died millions of years ago protecting Universe 7 from a great evil that unfortunately took them all away. And if I were to wait for the next Supreme Kai to be born, it would need to take a miracle since much of the Glind Trees have tragically died out. She may be mortal, and she may not be as strong as a Supreme Kai, but she is still a force to be reckoned with, and further training will help her grow stronger to better handle the role of Supreme Kai."
The new Supreme Kaioshin frowned but ultimately said nothing. Mori approached Top and raised his hand to him.
"It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance. You may call me Mori. But how should I address you destroyer of the 11th Universe?"
Top looked down at Mori's outstretched hand and took it in his own.
"It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance as well Mori. You may call me Top. I am the current destroyer of Universe 11, if things prove fruitful, I would love to make trade with Universe 7. With only us two remaining, we should look out for each other and help in whatever ways we can."
Mori nodded in agreement.
"I feel the same way. Two heads are better than one as they say. We can have a discussion about trade between both universes, but you will have to give me some time as I have just recently come to take over as the destroyer of Universe 7 due to confidential reasons. I hope that isn't an issue?"
Top shook his head.
"That is alright. I understand the burden of a new Destroyer. I look forward to future cooperation between our universes."
They released their handshake as Marcarita questioned her brother watching this Crimson Haired Destroyer, with that silver aura glowing around his person.
"Whis."
Whis smiled faintly.
"Yes dear sister?"
"That glow, that presence he carries around his person. Who is he actually? And where did you even find him? His mastery of Ultra Instinct is incredible, and in the eons I've lived, not once have I seen a single destroyer who can balance destruction with the tranquility needed of Ultra Instinct."
Marcarita spoke calmly, and Whis just showed a faint smile.
"Yes. He is quite the anomaly for a mortal turned God Of Destruction, but rest assured, he is a resident of Universe 7. I did not poach him from a different universe."
Marcarita hummed seeing the crown around his head.
"And the crown?"
Whis shrugged.
"As I said, he is an anomaly not even I fully understand. However, I can tell at least this much that the crown on his head allows him faster control and mastery of his powers and transformations."
Marcarita nodded as the doors to the Omni King's palace opened up and out came the Grand Minister. Seeing him, everyone bowed in respect except Mori and 18, but Android 18 seeing everyone bow, follow suit and bowed in respect as well. Leaving only Mori staring directly into the eyes of the Grand Minister as he calmly spoke.
"We meet again Grand Minister."
Mori's words caused the envoy of Universe 11 to freeze at his boldness. But the Grand Minister nodded in acknowledgment.
"You have grown stronger from the last time we met. Your heart is no longer in as much chaos as it was when we first met. I knew the potential I saw in you was no fluke."
Mori just sighed as he questioned.
"Alright. Let's just get straight to the point of this meeting. May I ask what the Omni King wants from us? And does it involve anything that Goku did? Because I promise you, I'm not interested in taking responsibility for whatever dumb thing he did."
Mori's brazen words caused both Top and Universe 11's Supreme Kai to sweat slightly in terror while Marcarita had a faint smile seemingly amused.
The Grand Minister nodded as he answered.
"Rest assured, while it does involve Son Goku, it's a little different than you might imagine. Everything will be explained when you meet his Majesty Grand Zeno."
Mori nodded as the Grand Minister turned around and walked into the palace, with everyone else following after him. As they walked deeper into the palace, Mori frowned feeling something odd. Like someone or something was calling out to him, but yet he couldn't tell what it was. The Grand Minister noticed this and thought to himself.
'Whatever or whoever Miss Ogre is to Mori Jin, she must be extremely important and deeply connected to him. Hrrm, maybe after we handle the issues with Lord Zeno I will take Mori to her.'
As they continued venturing deeper into the palace Whis spoke to Android 18.
"Lady 18, just a little heads up. When you are in the presence of Grand Zeno, do not forget to bow respectfully. The Omni King's appearance may be a bit unique, but it doesn't change the fact that he still is the Monarch who rules over all the Multiverse."
Android 18 seemed surprised by Whis's words as she questioned
"What kind of person is this Omni King?"
Whis hummed as he answered.
"He is neither malevolent nor is he benevolent. His actions are dependant on his mood, or by how a God governs their universe. In fact, there used to be 18 total universes, but Lord Zeno erased six of them simply because he found it troublesome to watch over 18 Universes. If you do well, or if you do horribly, if the Omni King decides to erase you, there's nothing you can really do."
Android 18 paled at Whis's words as she questioned.
"Then what's the use of this raising mortal level thing if ultimately it's up to the whim of the Omni King?"
Instead of Whis answering, it was Marcarita who answered Android 18's question.
"Well, that's where the Grand Ministers role comes in. Like us angels are mentors and advisors to our Destroyer Gods, the Grand Minister is the same except he's mostly an advisor. After what happened to Universe 13 to 18, he advised Lord Zeno to place a specific standard all destroyers and Kai's across all remaining 12 universes must maintain in terms of the quality of their mortal level.
This means how well does the destroyer and their Kaioshin manage the cycle of creation and destruction. Eventually, the Grand Minister will either do his own personal review, or he uses us Angels as supervisors to report to him whenever he inquires.
Or if the situation is important enough, we angels, our Gods of destruction and Supreme Kai's are summoned before the Omni King for one large announcement, and after said announcement, we can willingly choose to disclose the latest updates on the mortal level of the universe. Though, many destroyers more often than not choose the former and politely take their leave as soon as possible."
Android 18 nodded stiffly as she asked another question.
"And what of the scale of measurement used to measure a universes mortal level?"
This time Mori answered.
"It's on a scale of one to ten. With the minimum requirements for a Universe to not be erased is to have a mortal level of 7 flat. And the requirements for a universes mortal level to increase or decrease is based solely upon Civilizational Development, Average Prosperity and Harmony, Moral Standards, Population and Planetary Quantity, and Divine Management Effectiveness."
Android 18 nodded her head as she muttered.
"A little vague, but I guess I understand a bit."
Marcarita chuckled in amusement to herself.
'The acting Supreme Kai of Universe 7 seems to be under extreme stress and pressure. Unsurprising, she is but a mortal being forced into holding the position of a God.'
Everyone's attention was brought towards the Grand Minister who spoke.
"Alright everyone. We have arrived. The Omni King Grand Zeno is waiting for you just up ahead. And remember, do not provoke him if you have any sense of self preservation."
Everyone nodded in understanding as they made their way into the Omni King's throne room. Where sitting on Goku's shoulders like a child on their fathers shoulders was the ruler of the entire multiverse as the Grand Minister bowed respectfully as he spoke.
"Milord Zeno, as you have requested of me, I have brought the envoys of Universe 7 and Universe 11 before you."

Finished my finals around the 10th December, and have just been existing so pretty fun. I failed to get Cyrene, and lost her to Selle, but I don't mind, Selle is bad ass.
