After she said that, Rhapso looked like she attempted to sit up, but I applied pressure to her gently, worried. "Are you ok?" I asked and she simply nodded.
"I was touch and go there for a moment… I felt a presence pulling me to let go, but I wanted to see you again. I wanted you to know I meant what I said."
I tutted while laughing softly as I heard her say that, and gently brushed aside her blonde hair from her face. "Silly Nymph. How could I be worth going through all of that?"
She smiled and reached upwards, her hand gripping my forearm. "You just are. I know it…"
I leant down and kissed her on the forehead before pulling back and stared directly into her eyes. "Well. I am going to make sure I live up to that worth. This I vow to you, my Nymph."
Rhapso then smiled warmly, clearly liking me addressing her that way.
