Chapter 7 - Chapter 7: Contact Restrictions, Preparations For The Battle Are Complete!

"Excuse me — are you Jiang Hao?"

A man who looked like a teacher peered at the student who had opened the door.

"Yes," Jiang Hao answered, nodding.

"Please show your ID."

He handed the card over. The man inspected it carefully, then nodded once.

"Student Jiang Hao, this is the first-place prize from Jingbei No. 3 Middle School: a bottle of Original Liquid, worth 100 Original Power points and 100,000 star coins."

"Please confirm."

The man opened a black box. Inside lay a golden card and a slim bottle of silvery-white essence.

The bottle was barely fifteen centimeters tall, but the liquid inside was alarmingly valuable.

Sold only through official channels, it could fetch a million star coins; on the black market it could sell for three to five times that.

No wonder Li Shuibao was furious — a single point had cost him millions.

Jiang Hao signed the confirmation slip. The teacher, who already knew Jiang Hao's situation, watched him with mild puzzlement when Jiang Hao accepted the prize without any thoughts to sell.

According to the man, for Jiang Hao the liquid itself meant little but it was a school reward, and he kept it.

The man pocketed the slip and left.

Jiang Hao closed the door and placed two items on the table.

Joy flashed in his eyes, but he kept his expression steady.

At last he could move to the next phase.

The Saiyan civilization he was raising could not follow the usual planetary path—mining local energies, evolving step by step.

That route requires extraordinary planetary energy; Jiang Hao's world had none.

Lacking that, the planet is typically classified as having no potential.

Growth stalls without exotic energy—an iron rule everyone accepted.

Saiyans, however, were different: they grew by war.

Every battle honed them; each fierce fight made them stronger.

Born with prodigious martial aptitude, they lived and evolved on conflict.

Their model was simple and brutal: war breeds strength.

That made logistics their primary constraint. Saiyan development favored powerful individuals, not vast armies, and individuals have limited carrying capacity.

He remembered a technology from Saiyan history that could solve logistics: the Universal Capsule.

Engineered by the Bulma family, a small capsule could compress space to store motorcycles, cars, airplanes—even houses.

With it, a single fighter could carry food, weapons, vehicles, and even small turrets inside a tiny container.

[System Message: Congratulations — Universal Capsule created.]

[Technology: Universal Capsule — War Auxiliary, Level 3 (Silver), Individual use, Growable. Description: Space-compression storage for supplies and small equipment.]

Jiang Hao reviewed the details, relief flooding him.

These technologies were from his past life; whether they would work here had been uncertain. "It seems a success," he murmured.

He opened the planet status panel.

[Planet: Vegeta]

[Diameter: 52 km]

[Species: 11]

[World Origin: 76]

[Current Civilization: Saiyan]

[Development Route: War Evolution]

[Tech Tree: Universal Capsule (unlockable at Level 3); can store battleships at Level 7]

[Battle Unit: Amosi (Saiyan), Grade: Silver]

[Derivative: War-dependent (Saiyan), Grade: Brass]

Everything looked ready. Logistics solved, the campaign could begin.

The next morning he walked toward the thousand-meter tower that dominated Jingbei City: the Awakened Association.

Awakeners who successfully galvanize a planet are registered with the Association within 24 hours.

Jiang Hao had come to select a suitable target for interstellar war—an unowned planet.

Most awakened people pick planets two levels below their own civilization to avoid catastrophic failure; without an awakened guide, planetary civilizations usually decay.

If chosen wisely, conquest yields technology, troops, and resources; chosen poorly, it devastates an entire world.

"Hi, sir—may I help you?" a tall attendant asked as Jiang Hao entered.

"I'm looking for a low-level civilization planet. I plan to start a star war," Jiang Hao said, explaining his purpose.
