Scarlett sighed, slightly disappointed. "As you wish!" she said.
She turned to Aoto and said, "Try healing her then!" she said calmly. Aoto nodded back, turning his full attention towards Raphael.
At the same time, Osiris also looked at the sleeping angel with a deep, thoughtful look. "An Archangel... it's my first time seeing one," he murmured.
"Hmm... why? I thought angels and devils are on bad terms," Scarlett asked, curious.
"It's only because of the circumstances," Osiris began to explain. "Unlike them, we can't go out of hell. The only way for us to leave is to be summoned by someone, and then make a contract with them. For the amount of time it takes us to fulfill the conditions in the contract, we can freely roam in the outside world!"
"But once it ends, we'll have to go back to hell again, experiencing the sulfuric air and temperatures beyond ordinary!" he added with a heavy sigh.
"What does that have to do with angels?" Aoto asked in confusion.
Osiris chuckled lightly. "Why do you think anyone would summon a devil from hell? Of course, for shady things. We always end up encountering angels, but it's my first time seeing an Archangel," he explained.
"I hope she won't attack you the moment she lays her eyes on you!" Scarlett added as she turned to look at Aoto again and gestured for him to try.
Aoto rubbed his palms together with a mischievous smile. He quickly took off the red blindfold Raphael was wearing. Her eyes weren't bleeding the golden blood anymore, but the wound was still there, still as fresh as if it hadn't healed at all.
Aoto had the unique skill Reality Manipulation. With that, he could actually twist reality and heal himself or negate any kind of harm or damage done to him. That's why Scarlett believed that if used properly, he might actually twist the reality to erase the wound on Raphael's eyes and heal her.
"Ohoho... what can I say? My skill works more effectively with touch. Maybe I'll have to touch her all over to heal her!" Aoto said, rubbing his palms even more aggressively. His face clearly showed his ulterior motives. His mouth was almost drooling as he stared at Raphael's chest.
SMACK!...
Scarlett directly smacked him in the head and sighed. "You know what, don't do it if you're going to do idiotic things like that," she said, annoyed.
"Ouch!... Okay... okay, I'm sorry!" Aoto apologized, rubbing the back of his head where he had been hit.
"Okay, this time I'm serious!" Aoto took a deep breath to calm himself and extended his hands towards Raphael's injured eyes.
Aoto used Fate Manipulation to drastically increase his luck, hoping the chances of him healing Raphael would increase greatly.
But the moment he used his skills, a weird reaction happened. Aoto's body glitched as if his skills had backfired, and he immediately withdrew his hand and coughed wildly.
"What happened?" Scarlett asked in a panic.
"Cough... cough... I'm fine... I'm fine!" Aoto waved his hand, trying to relax Scarlett.
"It seems it is no ordinary wound. It's a wound that bypasses reality itself!" Osiris said in a solemn voice.
"Tch... To think her condition was actually worse than Osiris's. It seems I can't just judge a wound based on its appearance!" Scarlett thought to herself. Compared to Osiris's wound, Raphael's wound on her eyes looked pale in comparison, but in reality, Raphael's wound was way more deadly.
"It seems all we can do is wait for her to wake up!" Scarlett spoke calmly.
"I'm going back to sleep!" Osiris said before laying down and closing his eyes. His body stopped moving, as if he were completely dead.
"Let's go back!" Scarlett said. She turned around and walked out of the room quietly.
Aoto followed her to the hall.
"Where are you going now?" Scarlett asked.
"It's been days since I last hunted. Gonna go with my team and hunt some monsters to raise my level!" Aoto replied with a bright smile, clenching his fist.
"I already turned level 91, you know!" he added confidently.
"How much can you level up anyway?" Scarlett asked.
Aoto thought for a few seconds and then replied, "With my speed of leveling up, maybe 100 would be the max. Wouldn't being level 200 or 300 make me overpowered? I might end up becoming as powerful as you!" he said.
"As powerful as me? Keep dreaming!" Scarlett replied in a teasing tone.
Scarlett turned around and waved her hand. "Well then, I got my own things to do. Make sure to only hunt violet monsters devoid of intelligence!" she said as she walked away, towards the exit of the royal palace.
As for Aoto, he started going towards the rooms of Ingrasia, Irish, and the others to invite them to go and hunt monsters together.

After leaving the palace, Scarlett decided to take a walk through DreadHaven. The morning sun warmed the stone streets, and the air was filled with the lively sounds of her growing city. She felt a sense of pride, but also a heavy weight of responsibility. .
Her first stop was the market square. It was bustling with activity. Merchants shouted from their stalls, customers haggled over prices, and the smell of fresh bread and roasted meat filled the air.
Non human childrens from various species ran between the crowds, laughing and chasing each other.
There were many childrens that she was unaware off, Highly likely that they were recently, Since monsters or demons mature easily, It wasn't a surprise for them to walk around already.
She saw a worker she recognized, a man whose had helped in building scarlett's japanese wooden house, and she gave him a friendly nod and a warm smile. He nodded back immediately with a smile.
From there, she made her way to the residential district. The streets here were quieter. She saw new houses being built, their wooden frames rising up towards the sky. Families were moving in, carrying their belongings and looking hopeful.
She passed a small park where a group of elderly peaple were sitting on benches, talking and enjoying the sun.
After moving a bit further, she spotted one of the branches of DreadHaven's public school. It wasn't big, grand, or imposing, but just a sturdy, well-built, smaller two-story building.
There were six branches of the school in total, and while the head branch was quite magnificent with a massive library to turn people into scholars, the others were still small.
Although this one's length was quite long, there were dozens of classrooms on the ground floor with multiple students in each.
The doors of most classrooms were open, and she could see a tall and muscular orc wearing glasses and a suit, looking like a professional teacher, was teaching a group of students.
It felt like he was doing some kind of parody, making the situation seem a bit funny to her. Yet, upon looking closely, she found that the orc looked quite familiar.
"Wait a minute, isn't that Djalin?" she muttered to herself.
It was one of the orcs from Reiza's close relatives. He had been studying here a few months ago, but to think he had already become a teacher and was instructing other students? It felt quite surprising.
At first, she felt like there was corruption going on. The school had been favorable to him just because he was a relative of Reiza. But then a realization suddenly hit her.
She suddenly remembered the words of President Yumi, about how she had talked about the shortage of teachers at DreadHaven. Because most people were illiterate here, those who did basic qualifications were also given roles of teachers so they could teach more people.
Even Reiza was illiterate as well, but recently she had been studying under Yumi's guidance and had made quite the progress.
Thus, Scarlett decided not to press much on this matter and left to survey some other area. Since she had already strolled around most places, only two places were left: the red light district and the training grounds.
*****
Scarlett slowly entered the red light district. There were beautiful women all around, either on the balconies of houses or sitting by large, see-through windows like showpieces.
Although most of them were succubi, with only a few human women at best, Scarlett could barely spot them. There were certain naughty moaning voices coming from indoors, and there were also big stores selling cosplay costumes, cosmetics, secret potions, and many other things.
Scarlett's face slightly flushed red with embarrassment. Because of her high hearing senses, she could hear those voices even more clearly than normal.
"It's literally in the morning. Do those people not have other work?" she muttered to herself.
But as she walked deeper inside, the voices only grew louder, and many other voices joined in as well. While the morality of the people seemed to lower even more, some were even walking around naked without care.
"Forget it, I'll come back later!" Scarlett immediately turned around.
"Peak–A–boo!" Lunatic came out of nowhere, just appearing in front of her face.
"Aack!" Scarlett was taken off guard and startled by the sudden appearance.
Lunatic chuckled immediately. "Ha! You got scared didn't you?"
"Tch, It's better to not wearing it at all!" Scarlett stopped her feet on the ground in anger and quickly took off her purple blindfold from her eyes.
Although she had learned to control her eyes for quite some time, she still wore her blindfold from time to time to keep her power in check. But due to it, she wasn't able to sense Lunatic's approach.
"Excuses... excuses!" Lunatic replied in a teasing voice.
Before Scarlett could say anything, she added, "By the way, what are you doing here?"
"Just a casual inspection. I'll be going now!" Scarlett replied immediately, trying to walk past her.
Lunatic immediately chased after her. "Wait, what inspection? Do you wanna cosplay? Some other tool, I can suggest you!" she said, leaning closer to Scarlett's ear.
"Like my fingers!" she added in a sultry voice.
Scarlett immediately pulled her ear back. "Stop thinking dirty all the time. By casual inspection, I meant strolling around the DreadHaven for a grounded look, that's all," she clarified, her voice firm.
"Ohh, okay, okay!" Lunatic raised her eyebrows in realization, a playful smile on her lips.
"So where are you going next?" she asked, her curiosity piqued.
"To the training grounds," Scarlett answered in a flat voice, not wanting to encourage any more of her antics.
"Okay then, let's go together!" Lunatic declared cheerfully.
Scarlett didn't say anything, and Lunatic took Scarlett's silence as an agreement. They both walked towards the training grounds, the awkward energy from the red light district slowly fading behind them.
