"Do you even need to ask this type of question? You didn't think Griffin wouldn't replace the neural core when upgrading, did you?"
One of the Dinergate lying next to the neural core box directly opened its mouth to ridicule, just as Scarecrow was about to answer RO635's question.
RO, who was getting closer to carefully examine the neural cores, was instantly startled by the Dinergate that suddenly spoke out.
"What? The Dinergate spoke!"
"Well, it's not that unusual. Commander Renault even once stuffed a doll's neural core into a rice cooker, so it's not outrageous that a Dinergate can talk," Scarecrow shrugged, looking at the Dinergate that stayed put and didn't want to move.
"Then she..." Hearing Scarecrow's words, RO635 also came to understand. The body of this Dinergate in front of her must be housing the core of a doll's mind. She just didn't know why exactly this doll was packed into the Dinergate...
However, if she herself encountered this kind of situation... it would be better to just die.
There's probably nothing more humiliating than this...
Oh no, there's a rice cooker on top of that...
"It was sent over earlier, and we don't have a complete doll frame on our side, so Renault just put her in the Dinergate to make do for now," Scarecrow explained, looking at the Dinergate, formerly RPK16.
"If you keep hiding here and don't move, maybe Renault will forget about you in a few days," she continued. Just a short while ago, after the two RPK16s met, the current RPK16 had mocked the other without mercy, resulting in this situation.
Dinergate RPK16 was unwilling to move and was cowering in the corner next to the box, as if no one would see her if she hid there.
Upon hearing this, RPK16 panicked and immediately tried to scurry out from the corner.
Forget? That can't happen! She didn't want to remain in this humiliating appearance for the rest of her doll career!
"No way! I'm going to find him!" With this thought, Dinergate RPK16 rushed towards the outside of the workroom.
However, before she could reach the door, she was stopped by Scarecrow. "I'm just letting you move around, not letting you run around. There are so many Dinergates on the ship right now, and you don't have any signature paint on your body. If the vocalization system breaks down, you won't be recognized among the sea of Dinergates."
Of course, RPK16 could still distinguish herself from the other Dinergates by doing something different from the others. But this would only work if there was a doll present. If no one was around, and she was wrapped up in a group of Dinergate or rangers and ran to some other place, or was chased by those cats to some strange place... tsk tsk...
Mostly, it's those two troublemakers from UMP40 who hang around the ship all day and love nothing more than to toss the Dinergate and Prowlers around when they have nothing else to do.
Jaeger's Big Orange is lazy and usually spends most of its time lounging in the galley waiting for dinner. BM59's Ragdoll Cat is good and clingy, seldom wandering around the ship. Even if it encounters the Dinergates, it won't treat them as toys like those two civet cats.
"How about I paint one for you?" Without waiting for RPK16 to say something, SOP2 had already silently approached Dinergate RPK16. Her eyes were shining brightly, and she already had paint in her hand.
"You! What do you want!?" Seeing SOP2 suddenly appear beside her, RPK16 immediately took a few steps back, controlling her unfamiliar chopstick legs.
This guy! Her eyes doesn't look right!
"Heh heh! Don't worry! There won't be any problems! It's just some paint! Even for Dinergates, it won't be a problem!" SOP2 said as she dabbed the brush full of paint and pressed her other hand directly against the Dinergate in front of her, brushing it on without hesitation!
"Stop! Stop it! Let go of me, ah ah ah--!"
Looking at the Dinergate RPK16 being fiddled with by SOP2, Scarecrow shrugged her shoulders and pitied this guy's bad luck.
Who let you guys scurry out while SOP2 was present? Don't you know that this guy's favorite thing is to fiddle with Sangvis's products?
Although the Dinergate and Prowlers at home are considered their own and can't be dismantled into parts like hostile Sangvis, it's still no problem to paint these little guys.
Since SOP2 recovered her body, among the dozens of Dinergate and Prowler on the ship, at least half of them have been "poisoned" by SOP2. Their surfaces are painted in green and colorful patterns, and some can even be scary at first glance.
They could easily participate in a Halloween parade...
Of course, the Dinergate themselves don't have much of a problem with this. After discovering their body changes, they became more lively than before. It's just unclear if it's out of anger...
...
"Eh, that Miss Dinergate seems very angry. Is it really no problem?" After walking out of the workroom with M16 and the others, M4 couldn't help but ask with some worry.
Hearing M4's words, AR15 instantly rolled her eyes. She felt that M4's term "Miss Dinergate" was the source of that guy's rage.
"Heya, don't worry about it! It's just a little thing! Besides, she looks so good in white... it goes well with her," SOP2 didn't take this little thing to heart.
Who let this Dinergate speak in such a strange tone that made people want to fix her up?
"Eh, probably. But counting the time, shouldn't we get going? It's been a while since we stopped at Commander Renault's side," RO635 said, coming back to her senses.
A few hours had passed since they arrived at Renault's...
"Then let's go with you guys!" Obviously, SOP2, who had only just gotten together with M4 and the others not long ago, didn't want to just watch them leave.
Hearing SOP2's words, AR15 raised her eyebrows but didn't say anything. M4's mission was likely to go to Sangvis's artillery platforms to check the situation.
If the situation permitted, they might even take down Sangvis's artillery platforms. Originally, with only M4 and a few others, overfulfilling this task would be difficult. But with her and SOP2, it would be as easy as pie...
What's more, the Sangvis Ferri commander over the artillery platforms was still that unreliable Architect...
"Don't! Don't! Let's stay a little while longer! Just a little while!"
As they were talking, they heard the cries of Architect from a short distance away.
The wrinkled-faced architect was gripping the doorframe firmly while being pulled parallel to the ground by Gager in the middle of the elevator.
