Gaining muscle is much harder than making money.
Intensive weightlifting, correct posture, chugging all kinds of supplements, eating professional nutrition meals, controlling your diet and daily routine... And even that might not suffice.
After gaining a certain amount of muscle, the final stretch can only be conquered with meticulous effort and a certain degree of talent.
For some, after their body fat drops to 10%, the remaining stubborn fat just clings to the sides of their waist. This makes their physique look unappealing.
Others barely manage to carve out a six-pack, but its form is inherently lacking. How can they even compare to those who effortlessly flaunt a smooth and natural set of eight abs?
There's no way around it; the gap between people is just that big.
