A few minutes later, the tea house manager rushed in, wiping sweat from his forehead: "Please wait a moment, sir. Our boss is on his way. Today's expenses are on us. If we have been lacking in hospitality, please pardon us."
The manager waved his hand, and four tall and well-groomed waiters came in carrying various snacks and cigars.
The manager nodded and bowed as he exited, hurriedly waiting at the door for the boss.
Not long after, a low-key magnetic levitation car stopped at the back door of the tea house. The car door opened, and a young man stepped out first. The manager hurriedly went to greet, only to see the boss respectfully open the rear door and help an elder out.
The manager's heart skipped a beat. The young man was the nominal boss, essentially the "nephew," but the elder is the real pillar of the tea house, the influential figure who could shake the entire Empire River Star with just a foot stomp!
