Upon reaching the Nascent Soul Transformation Realm of the Eightfold Heaven, the so-called 'Nascent Soul Four Transformations' refer to Establishing Truth, Vast Integrity, Clear Purity, and Unity.
The first transformation of the Nascent Soul, Establishing Truth, sets the foundation for the subsequent Confucian and Buddhist transformations, emphasizing inner cultivation. Therefore, in actual combat, the increase in combat power is limited. The Daoist Dan Ding Sect was also considered a lineage whose combat power increased relatively little between the Seventh Heavenly Layer and the first level of the Eighth Heavenly Layer.
The second transformation of the Nascent Soul, Vast Integrity, involves the integration of the wondrous aspects of the Confucian Vast Integrity Qi and the essence of Confucian scholarship.
The third transformation, Clear Purity, involves integrating the practice of realizing one's true nature in the Buddhist Sect.
