Xia Lang felt his heart sink. He was about to say something when he suddenly heard voices not far away, and the tone sounded unfriendly.
Suddenly remembering something, Xia Lang quickly pulled Feng Yingying aside, and the two hid behind a tall rock.
"What are you doing?"
"Shh!" Before Feng Yingying could finish speaking, Xia Lang covered her mouth. The space behind the rock was somewhat narrow, and with the two squeezed together, Feng Yingying's body was almost entirely pressed against Xia Lang.
Her heart was pounding, and her cheeks were hot.
Luckily, the voices outside grew closer, and her attention quickly shifted.
