"End of the line."~ Graves, The Outlaw
Did you like the last chapter? I like writing conversations. Things I can actually hear in a friend group or among siblings. But yeah, this chapter is something I had planned from chapter 59. Don't worry. Fights are coming. Action has been missing for a while. I know.
Watching Baus one shot T1 members with Q and ult is so fucking funny man. No one expects the Sion damage.
Finally, when the fuck is the main character's Digimon going to evolve man? Its been eight episodes already. The first season had like fifteen evolutions already. Lets hope we get one tomorrow.
Pray for an internship lads. I need every crumb.

"You are bleeding." Briar told the man holding his palms closed.
The man turned to her, his head bald and scarred with burn marks, "Don't worry child. I'm not in pain."
Isha looked up at the man, the bottom half of his face wrapped in bandages and shuffled closer to Briar.
"Chin up little one." He whispered to Isha, "We won't be staying long."
"I'd hope so." Briar nodded, "Before word reaches daddy hopefully.
The man looked at Briar, "Afraid of your father?"
Briar smiled sadly, "Not afraid of him.... afraid for everyone else." She ruffled Isha's head, "He will come get us if he finds out." She shrugged, "He got me out of worse. Though I think he will be cross now."
A frown passed the man's face as he noticed the distinct lack of fear in the child's eyes.
She wasn't bothered about their current situation. Even when faced with imprisonment in Stillwater for the foreseeable future, she didn't show worry.
"Your father has pull here?" He asked, wondering if her father might be up in the ranks at Piltover.
The girl frowned, "I.... guess? He could get that Ambessa woman to get us out."
"MMM!" Isha pulled at Briar's hand and did a couple punching motions.
"Oh yeah!" Briar nodded, "The enforcers could get us out." She looked at the man, "What about you?"
"I've got someone heading there now." He answered. "How about we see which one of our friends come first?"
Briar smiled widely, "Okay!"
A few hours later, the group was ushered into the Stillwater prison holding.
"Names." The prison manager ordered as they were led in.
"Briar!" Briar exclaimed, she pointed to Isha, "This is Isha!." Her voice dropped a little, "She can't speak."
"Don't care." The prison warden said as he noted their names.
"Next."
"Corin." The bandaged man said as he looked at the warden.
The warden looked at him in disgust, "Ugly fucker ain't ya?" He noted his name and slammed the stamp down.
The bandaged man walked along without reacting.
"Bottom floor!" The warden called to the guards leading them to the elevators. "We have a lot of openings there."
The guards nodded and ushered them forward, some resorting to force to push the prisoners.
Isha followed behind Briar clutching her clothes and Briar continued on without thinking much of it.
"Why the bottom floor?" One guard asked the other. "Weren't the cells full?"
The other guard nodded, "Yeah. They were. But a lot of the occupants died recently. All the fighting topside left very few people to take care of the prisoners and they well...." The guard moved his hand across his neck.
"Ah." The other guard reacted.
As the elevator lurched to the bottom, the guards pushed them out and began assigning prison rooms for them.
"One in each." They said.
"Can I stay with her?" Briar asked pointing to Isha, "She is a child."
"No." The guards denied.
"But look at her." Briar pointed to the scared Isha.
The guard looked at her for a moment, making up his mind before saying, "No.. policy doesn't allow me to do that." He looked at Isha once more and sighed, "Fine, I can give you opposing cells. You can see each other. That's all I can do."
"Okay! Thank you!" Briar said as she was led to a cell and watched as Isha was placed in the opposing one. "Don't worry Isha." She said calmly as she watched Isha immediately begin to panic.
She looked around the cell in disinterest before spotting a bed. "Huh." She shrugged and plopped down on it.
"AH!" She heard Isha scream.
A quick look saw Isha, trying to move the cell doors in an effort to get them open.
"Isha." Briar called. "ISHA!"
The girl stopped.
"Relax. Calm down. Sit." She tried to calm the child down, "We just need to wait now. No need to tire yourself out now."
Isha listened to it for a moment before curling into herself in a corner of the cell.
Briar looked at her cell in a sort of shock as she wonder how she ended up being imprisoned once again. After all these years since her daddy had gotten her out of one, she had somehow gotten herself in the same situation as before.
Granted she could walk out at any time. Her physical strength and speed could guarantee her escape.
Her eyes fell on Isha.
Isha's safety however could not be guaranteed.
She reached for the pendant softly glowing under her clothes and began to think of the days where the only thing she could see of the outside was the little bit of sun and moonlight that would shine through from the cells adjacent to hers, since hers was in the center of the room in Metol. The smell though... it was the same. The smell of hopelessness. Of despair. She very much disliked it.
This time however, there were no runic chains. No pillory holding her hands up to her head. She didn't mind this too much.
Really.
This was infinitely better than her previous holding.

"We have a problem." Sevika announced as her and Jinx walked into the Last Drop.
Sydell looked at the two and then immediately replied, "Briar."
Sevika nodded, "Bother Briar and Isha were moved to Stillwater holding."
"She's been imprisoned?!" Faye asked eyes wide, and then she turned to the rest, "Again?!"
"Again?" Sevika frowned, confused.
Daani stepped forward explaining, "Dad broke her out of a prison when we were really young."
"Lets get going then." Daisy said as she grabbed her scabbard and rose to her feet. Annie nodded and stood right next to her, Tibbers clutched in her arms.
"She walked back in." Sydell said as he looked back down.
"What?" Rell asked.
Sydell explained, "She saw Isha get taken and walked back into the encirclement."
"More responsible." Annie pointed out, looking to Rell.
Rell glared at her.
Annie chuckled.
"We are not telling daddy this." Faye said as she walked to the door.
Sydell nodded as he walked to the door. "Daani can get us in easily."
Mel looked between the group and then rose up too. "I will come with you."
"There is no other option for you." Faye said, "Daddy wanted you safe. And that is with us. So you are coming with."
"How is big boy here going to get us in?" Jinx asked as she slid a Hextechgemstone into her pistol.
Daani looked at her and pointed to the pistol, "Don't use it aaand like this..." He held both his hands out and his entire body and outfit changed to match that of a Piltover enforcer.
Mel looked shocked, "H... how?" She stuttered.
"Magic." Daisy answered for Daani.
The group began to chuckle at Mel's disbelieving expression.
Mel's face instantly turned to apprehension, "You all are laughing at a time like this? When your sister's safety isn't guaranteed?"
"She'll be safe." Annie answered. "Briar is very strong."
"And fast." Daisy added.
"The fastest." Faye corrected. Daisy frowned at her but couldn't refute the statement.
"And currently imprisoned." Mel answered. "She can't do much magic if she has her hands and feet locked up."
"Her magic is different from ours." Sydell explained as he pushed to the front, "Her body has been pushed to the extremes. Any cuffs she has on her person unless inscribed with hundreds of runes is as good as a suggestion to her. She is imprisoned because she did not want to leave Isha alone."
"I'm still held up on the fact that he can become anyone he likes to." Sevika pointed to Daani, "Was your previous form even your real one?"
"Mostly." Daani answered truthfully while shrugging. "I'm a Vastaya. I have an extra tail and some other appendages but it would stand out, so dad had me hide it. Just to be safe. Though it is the first time I'm seeing such a reaction to my abilities."
Sevika looked shocked at that revelation. A Vastaya? And she couldn't even tell all this time.
Sydell clapped his hands, gaining everyone's attention, "Are we all ready?"
They all nodded.
"Sevika your arm?" He asked.
She shook her head. "Too dangerous and Jinx hasn't fixed it yet. The lever is jammed. My right arm is good enough."
He nodded before turning to everyone else. "You have your trinkets?" He asked his siblings.
They all nodded.
"Keep them ready. We might need some shields. And as of this moment..... there is no restriction on your magic. Use it as required. We will inform everything to dad once he returns." He announced as he stepped out of the Last Drop. "Lets get our sister and the little one back."
"Hopefully he doesn't return when we all are out." Daisy added at the end.
