After fighting for 15 minutes, the crab's HP finally dwindled below 20%. Daniel used the sanguine prison to halt the crab's movements, rendering it completely immobile.
Just as he was about to land the last strike, several shadowy figures jumped out of the surrounding trees. All of them were assassins except the man at the front, who was a swordsman.
The swordsman plunged his blade deep into the crab's head, using a powerful skill. The crab let out an agonizing screech and fell lifeless on the ground. Daniel's eyes widened in disbelief. A moment later, he realized what had just happened.
'Kill steal?! How dare they…!' he was boiling with anger. Gripping his sword tightly, he charged toward the group. His kill was stolen, meaning all the all the valuable experience points now belonged to the kill stealers. He worked 15 minutes straight just to drop the crab's HP below 20%, and now his kill was stolen. 'I should've used my golems…' A feeling of slight regret washed over him.
