Tatum Howard hovered mid-air, looking down at Ben Singleton below, his eyes heavy with concern.
"You've managed to hold back well, but you're mistaken. Even if I knew the truth, I would still let you go. You're not the only one who hates me. I keep you alive merely as a whetstone to urge me not to indulge, not to stay stagnant."
Ben Singleton laughed heartily, "Really? Do you dare say that if you knew the truth, you would have listened to the suggestions of an Array Master like me when you built this tomb?"
Tatum Howard remained silent for a few seconds, then nodded, "Yes, I thought the world would end and all grievances would settle into dust. Yet I didn't expect you to place your revenge in this distant and unforeseeable future..."
Ben Singleton sneered, "Yes, if we both died back then, or if I were completely dead, this grudge would naturally have faded away. Since neither of us died, I naturally have to come and settle accounts with you."
