"Wasn't this already dealt with before, and wasn't it agreed not to demand repayment?" Wen Rufeng asked.
"The leadership is investigating now, and for any irregular loan approvals, repayment must be demanded. This is a new directive and it's to be executed immediately!" Secretary Zhou said.
"I bet he's short on money again. I don't care what happens, we have to settle things with this person. Whatever he likes, send it to him at once." Wen Rufeng said.
Secretary Zhou nodded. "I'll handle it right away."
As soon as the call ended, Wen Rufeng received another call from the finance director. "Chairman, things are bad."
"Why is it always bad news with you guys? You keep saying things are bad; how can our company be okay?" Wen Rufeng angrily questioned.
The finance director ignored her anger and said directly, "XX Life Bank is also demanding loan repayment; they said they won't lend to us anymore!"
