Xi Jiu: ???
Still not full?
The few hot dishes Ruan Qi brought, although not large in quantity, are definitely not small. Based on her usual appetite, a plate of ribs, a row of braised pork, plus a bowl of rice, should fill her up.
But now she actually says she's not full?
Xi Jiu felt something was off.
But thinking that Ruan Qi didn't have breakfast this morning, and might not have eaten much during the busy workday, being hungry all day, it's almost evening now, having a larger appetite is understandable.
Thinking this, Xi Jiu released Ruan Qi's hand that he was holding. "Don't eat too fast; it's hard to digest. Want some water?"
Ruan Qi took a bite of rice, nodded, "I want some yogurt."
Xi Jiu picked out a bunny cup of yogurt from the pile of snacks Assistant Mu bought.
He lowered his head to pull out the straw, inserted it into the yogurt lid. As he looked up, he found that Ruan Qi had already finished the braised pork and was moving on to a whole steamed bass.
