Mo Shangjun was the most familiar with the surrounding environment. After finding a relatively safe corner, she and Baili Zhao divided the roast chicken.
Baili Zhao quickly finished off a chicken leg.
After wrapping up the bones, Baili Zhao suddenly shouted to Mo Shangjun, "Officer Mo."
"Come on, you're the squad leader..." Mo Shangjun said politely, with a slight shake of her hand.
"Tang Shi and Qiqi both say you're good at leading troops," Baili Zhao elbowed Mo Shangjun's arm and raised an eyebrow as he asked, "What do you think, how should we lead our squad?"
"Aren't you doing a good job already?" Mo Shangjun asked, a bit puzzled.
"I always feel like something's missing." Baili Zhao shook his head. "All that teamwork talk, you just tell people to follow the rules and cooperate, but it feels fake."
"You want a squad with strong ideological cohesion?" Mo Shangjun seemed to understand a bit.
