After listening to the furious denunciations of the King of Thunderstorm Country, the assembled kings fell into silence once again.
Though in the eyes of most, the kings of The Twelve Kingdoms are already the "pinnacle" of humanity, the highest rulers of the present world, those who reach the position of King generally have a sound mind and can see the situation they are in.
If human society is like a big tree, then they have indeed reached the topmost branch, considered an existence admired by the vast majority of "leaves" and "trunk".
But what those leaves and trunk do not know is that above the "top branch" hangs an unreachable dark cloud... the Cleansing Bureau, which wields the "highest force".
