Forget it... No matter how it's developing over there, it's at least starting to develop. At least it hasn't been stagnant, and it certainly can't be worse than before.

Apparently, as long as you pour a certain potion into the camera lens, the resulting photo can retain a few seconds of movement. The witches who invented this potion have been specially hired by the Traveling Thrush Research Institute, and maybe one day, they might even create a magical television.
Speaking of which, could the next generation who grow up watching magical television be subtly influenced by "abnormal objects"? Might they have some potential to become Cleaners?
