Mu Yichen stood there for a while, suppressing his laughter before stretching his long legs to chase her.
Qin Mu paused at the door, feeling the warmth wafting from the house. She thought, if the elders asked, she would say it was just some small things, then run away immediately, not giving them a chance to say another word.
"Mrs. Mu, are you really that timid? How did you manage in Paris all by yourself with our daughter?"
Mu Yichen stood by, watching the show.
"Tsk!"
Qin Mu glared at him!
Mu Yichen chuckled softly, finding Mrs. Mu's blushing face and flustered look utterly adorable.
"Mu Yichen, let me tell you, with your cold-blooded and heartless nature, and rough treatment of women, if it weren't for me, no one could stand you!"
Qin Mu angrily chastised him.
"Oh? Who was it that dolled up to the nines because of Anna to ruin our lunch the other day?"
Mu Yichen chuckled, as if waiting for Mrs. Mu to make a fool of herself, his gaze was warm yet mischievous.
