Tan Zheng grabbed Gu Yi'an's hand.
His palm was small, but quite strong.
He held Gu Yi'an's hand tightly and shook it gently.
Gu Yi'an quickly turned around and forced a smile at him, "Zhengzheng, it's okay. Mommy is fine, just... just Mommy feels a bit uncomfortable, a little like crying."
"Mommy, you can cry." Tan Zheng said earnestly.
Seeing him like this, Gu Yi'an couldn't bring herself to cry.
She chuckled, squatted down to hug Tan Zheng, kissed his forehead, put the letter back into the envelope, and held Tan Zheng's hand: "Let's go back."
"Okay."
Leaving from Jing Si's place, back home, Tan Jincheng was busy in the study. He didn't close the door, and as he heard someone coming in, he glanced out while on the phone. Seeing Gu Yi'an coming in with Tan Zheng, he nodded and returned to the study to continue his call.
