Coming out of the Deliberation Hall, she saw William waiting there. Seeing him made her angry, but William, unusually, walked over with a smile and said, "Why did you leave without waiting for me to wake up?"
Wei Anning frowned, "Since when were we so close?"
William didn't get annoyed, thinking she might feel embarrassed, he patiently said, "I felt good last night. Anning, rest assured, since you've given yourself to me, I will never let you down."
"What are you talking about? Haven't sobered up yet?" Wei Anning glared angrily at him. What did he mean by giving herself to him? She had stayed in her chambers all night without going out. Was he seeing ghosts?
But even if he was seeing ghosts and implicated her, she felt uncomfortable, even a bit nauseous.
William, seeing her pretending, got increasingly angry, "Wei Anning, stop pretending. Pretending any further would be too much."
