Ryuji enjoyed teasing the mermaid for several minutes before he finally took a shower. The hiss of the hot water as it burned his flesh felt refreshing. 'That woman was annoying.' Even though he knew it was an illusion and he'd stopped her before anything happened. He hated the idea that a woman had almost sexually assaulted him.

He brushed the water and bubbles over his head, and the scent of lavender and mint spread through his hair with a glossy shine.
