That was the extent of the event that Roka and Liz witnessed. They returned to the spaceship, while Cero spent a bit longer with the Syndicate officers to make a thorough cleanup, with which Qinn was very useful. Using Puppeteer's Leash on him allowed Cero to ask questions and to figure out the best way of getting rid of them, as well as their spaceship. Two Syndicate officers were murdered by their comrades, while their comrades (under Cero's influence) made irreparable mistakes and fled as fugitives.
To this day, Qinn and Y-3892 remain unsure about what happened during that lapse of time, and Qinn couldn't help but wonder how someone might have come up with such an incredible plan, perfectly forcing their hand and tying their wrists together.
