Once Serene Paragon confirmed Lightning Blade wasn't trying to hit on her, she relaxed a little bit.
This wasn't her being narcissistic, but there had just been too many male players wanting to flirt with her and asking her to become their girlfriend.
She had no interest in them whatsoever. She had dealt with enough of these so-called suitors in the real world and didn't wish to deal with the same thing in the guild.
"If that's not your intention, what is the real intention?" She calmly asked.
"I want you to teach me how you honed your swordsmanship." Lightning Blade asked.
"I know it's probably a secret, but I'm willing to pay the price as long as it doesn't compromise my principles or harm my guild."
He wanted to learn to improve, but not at the cost of losing himself in the process.
That was the behavior of a lunatic or fanatic, and it just wasn't him.
