Divine World, Haven Wind City
At the city hall, two figures were seated and received somewhat of a VIP treatment.
"Who are those two women?"
"I don't recognize them at all."
"Let's not ask too many questions. Look at the other elites not even bothering with them."
In the current moment, Haven Wind City was the most populated and mainstream location. Many players desperately queued to enter the city, and those in guilds wished to cooperate with the Vanguard Guild on a large scale.
The most pitiful ones were those who were already cooperating with the Vanguard Guild in a sense, but chose to renege on it because of some pressure from the Super Guilds.
Now they couldn't even get inside the city, with many of their members leaving in large numbers just to avoid the disqualification tag.
