Miao Xin finished the job of catching someone, completely unafraid that the "thief" trapped in the kitchen could escape.
The Chen Family's lawyer realized after the door wouldn't open that the kitchen's structure was unlike Miao's father's room. The windows were equipped with anti-theft bars and wire mesh; he was now trapped in this small kitchen with no escape.
Wiping the sweat off his forehead, Miao Xin first opened the front door, let her daughter Tongtong in, and asked, "Did you make the call?"
Tongtong, with her little bob haircut, held the phone her mother had given her beforehand and nodded her little watermelon head, "Called 110."
