To pull up past surveillance footage, they had to go to the main control room. When a group of people arrived there and started checking the feeds, they discovered that some of the footage had been tampered with.
The programmers in the institute immediately stepped up to restore the tampered segments.
Right in the middle of the restoration, the display screens suddenly went black.
