On the other side, Eira was about to move. She was determined to stand up and do the Great Aetherium a favor. Although she could not defeat Malakar with her strength, she still had no problem in protecting the kingdom.
What's more, she was a Goddess of Truth and an Empress of a local empire. Even a Supreme God like Malakar wouldn't dare to attack her.
William on the side seemed to be able to see the thoughts of Her Majesty and quickly said, "Your Majesty, you can't go out! The transaction between us is already the limit of what we can do. If you help them again, the Gods of Truth and the other empires will trouble us. For the sake of the subjects of our Ice and Snow Kingdom, please think twice!"
William really didn't understand why Her Majesty wanted to go through so much trouble to save this Castle Lords faction. It really didn't make sense to him why she would even stand against Lord Malakar, a late-stage Supreme God, the leader of the Destruction Pantheon.
Once she made a move and clashed with him, it would make a huge mess and it might even trigger a Divine War between the Gods of Truth and Faith, which wasn't worth it in his opinion.
Hearing William's words, Eira also hesitated. She frowned slightly, obviously hesitating whether to make a move. Just when she was struggling, Malakar, shot again, and this time, he used almost all of his strength, vowing to kill this Sixteen-Winged Angel and destroy the battlefield's seal.
"Believe in the Lord and have eternal life!" Nora was fearless as she clenched her sword. Although she was facing a mortal crisis, she had no intention of running away because she not only guarded the battlefield behind her, but also her Lord's glory!
"Eternal life?" Malakar sneered, "When you die at my hands, even your soul will get wiped out. How can your Lord, a mere Intermediate God, protect you?" With his words, a terrifying Divine Power swept towards her.
"Well, I'll only save you this time!" Eira gritted her teeth and made up her mind to help and the 'you' was not referring to Nora, but Haru.
Just as she was about to make a move, a figure suddenly appeared on the battlefield of the star field and unleashed Divine Power no less than Malakar.
"Damn it, who dares to stop me now?!" Malakar roared angrily. This was his 3rd attack that was stopped. If word of this incident were to spread out, he would become a laughingstock among the Evil Pantheon.
"How dare you! Show me your face!" Malakar's gaze, aided by Divine Power, glanced at the storm of Divine Power hundreds of thousands of kilometers ahead, locking onto a figure and his black pupils shrank sharply.
Inside the sealed space-time battlefield, Zarek looked at Celestia and Kaelix's soul in her hand.
Hearing his screams of panic and despair, Zarek felt a shudder in his heart. This time, not only did their plans fail, even his partner's soul was captured. He was completely stunned because his intuition told him that he would soon end up with his friend.
"Isn't she even afraid of Lord Malakar?" The most terrifying thing for him was that even Malakar's three attacks were countered. Once by the sealed battlefield, second time by the Sixteen-Winged Angel and third time by this unknown figure who appeared out of nowhere.
He extended his Divine Senses to know who it was, but his eyes froze with an expression of disbelief on his face.
"How is this possible! Why is 'she' here?!" Zarek cried out loud.
At the same time, Kaelix's soul also struggled desperately, crying out in disbelief, "Impossible! How could 'she' be here!"
Just at this time, a terrifying divine power rushed towards him and he was immediately sealed, "No! Let me out!!"
Kaelix could only scream in horror. He didn't know why Celestia didn't wipe out his soul, but he had a bad feeling that something terrible awaited him.
Kaelix immediately wanted to explode his soul and not give the Great Aetherium a chance to 'torture' him but he still couldn't gather enough courage to do it. After all, that would mean 'true' death for him unless some Supreme God paid an excessive price to revive him, which wasn't going to happen anyways.
Which meant that there will no longer be a God of Destruction named Kaelix in this world and the longer a person's lifespan was, the more they treasured their lives. So in the end, he gave up the idea of self-destruction, pinning his hopes on Malakar and prayed that this Supreme God could save him.
