She was right about that. The native empires had accumulated wealth over a hundred thousand years of rule, but their supply of God-Level Metals had been largely extracted by the Gods of Faith in the Ancient Era. It left the empires rich in resources but sparse in artifacts. Otherwise, the Sword God William wouldn't have traveled hundreds of millions of kilometers just to buy from Haru's earlier inventory. The demand was there.
"One more thing." Elunara added, "Most of those Artifacts should be from the Dimensional Demons. The Divine Law of Abyss in them makes them difficult to use for anyone else. Their value will be lower than you're expecting."

Sitting in the Imperial Capital and meditating quietly was fine for a few individuals, but for fourteen thousand fresh troops, it was far too slow.
