In the fourth war zone, the end was already written.
Yvonne had ascended to the late-stage, the exp from three consecutive kills of Supreme Gods had pushed her through the threshold cleanly. Nova was still at the early-stage, but closer to the intermediate-stage than she'd been at the start of the battle.
As both of them entered the fourth war zone together, the Evil Pantheon's morale, which had been collapsing since the first Supreme God fell, gave out entirely.
Some Evil Gods tried to surrender, but surrender didn't save them. Only the Angels' Holy Light could do that, and they had a particular interpretation of salvation.
"The Lord said that light will conquer darkness!"
"Believe in the Lord and have eternal life!"
The Imperial Gods were in a different state than they'd started in. Every one of them had spent hours killing enemies, gaining exp, pushing their levels higher. Many had promoted multiple levels during the battle.
The Evil Gods they were facing now were fighting an army that had grown stronger as the battle progressed, while their own strength had only depleted. It wasn't a battle anymore. It was a conclusion being reached.
Haru stood apart from it. This part didn't need him. Yvonne and Nova were enough to make sure no Evil God left alive was capable of making waves under their suppression.
He stood quietly in the sealed battlefield and felt the exp pouring in from every corner of the battlefield, every fallen Evil God contributing to the accumulation inside him. His Divine Power was building toward a threshold he could feel clearly now, the way you feel a word on the tip of your tongue.
Almost there. Peak Supreme God. The highest point on the Endless Continent. He was nearly there.
"This promotion to the peak is harder than I thought."
Haru watched the fourth war zone burn. His Imperial Gods were carving through the Evil Pantheon in a steady, merciless bleed. As a Castle Lord, he collected a cut of every kill. Over a million of the 1.5 million Evil Gods were already dead.
Even the full exp from Malakar and Skarion, partial exp from the other three Supreme God Tier kills and a million other Gods wasn't enough. He could feel the threshold. The window, thin as a whisper, refusing to tear.
With his same-tier combat strength already operating outside normal rules, that promotion would make him genuinely untouchable as peak Supreme Gods were the ceiling of the Endless Continent. Varkath. Drakenvader. Both would have to take the long way around when they meet him in the future.
Around four hundred thousand Evil Gods remained in the fourth war zone. He watched Yvonne's forces work.
'Just a little longer.'

The golden light appeared without warning. Brilliant enough to compete with the stars, flooding the entire battlefield in amber and white. Haru recognized the silhouette before it settled. It was Lysandra who was ascending.
She was already a peak High Goddess and now she would become a Supreme Goddess in a single surge. She, Nova and Eveline achieved their bloodline evolution to eighteen wings after the Demon Slayer Tournament as a reward from the GM. The battlefield had just given her enough to claim the benefits it provided through increased growth potential. Nova had crossed first. Now Lysandra followed.
Haru actually grinned, 'Four Supreme God Tier Angels. Five Supreme Gods including me.'
No faction on the Endless Continent carried numbers like that, not the Titans, not the Dragons. The Ancient Titan Pantheon was a different category entirely, legends said even the Titans and Dragons were created by them. Their Supreme God count had no meaningful ceiling to compare against, but among anything present and living, the Great Aetherium stood alone.
Eveline would be next, she was already a Peak High Goddess, her promotion was a question of when. Sylvana was further back, but five Supreme God Tier Godheads were sitting in his storage.
'I might even gather my own lineup of Supreme God Tier subordinates like the Demon Monarchs before the Divine War begins…'

He could almost see the shape of what was coming, the Battle of Planets, the Great Aetherium's Supreme God count eventually surpassing even the Demon Monarchs of the Abyss. He let himself enjoy the thought for a moment.
