The air seemed to grow chilly, but whether it was Oura or Tera, neither of them moved or said a word. But what was clear to even the weakest of laymen was that the situation had changed completely.
To Sylas, they were convenient for one matter here. Since he wasn't able to kill, he wouldn't be able to deal with Kaeloth. But he felt that he had taught the latter enough of a lesson, one that he would remember.
For people like him, the humiliation was enough.
As for everything else, that would just have to be handled in due time.
